Due to the large population base in China,the depth and density of insurance are still at a relatively low level,and the domestic insurance market still has a very large consumption gap.It can be said that the development trend in insurance industry is thriving.Therefore,many large groups also have added insurance business in succession so as to try to occupy a place in the development of the insurance industry because of the bright future in insurance industry,which resulted in that the competition in China's insurance industry becomes so heated gradually.Therefore,in order to satisfy with the demands of market changes,professional and systematic trainings are the effective means to improve the combat effectiveness in insurance sales.M Company is a newly established insurance intermediary agency which is not responsible for the research and development of insurance products,but they just act as a large-scaled insurance supermarket to sign sale agreements with various insurance companies,purchase the superior ace products from several insurance companies,and provide the customers with a package of insurance plans through M Company's own insurance sales team.Currently,the main training purpose of M Company is to establish a high performance sales team in short time.Meanwhile,it is considering that sales performance is affected by both the total premium and premium renewal rate.Therefore,M Company not only needs a group of professional sales personnel who are familiar with the popular insurance products in insurance market,but this group of sales personnel also should have good market development abilities and professional ethics.But due to the fact of that M Company just has transferred to life insurance from property insurance,the entire training system of M Company is not so perfect enough at this moment.We have performed questionnaire investigations and group centralized interviews focused on how to improve the sales performance of the salesmen,and then found out the existing problems in the training system of M Company is that the training contents couldn't satisfy with the demands of the insurance sales team,improper training organization and management,which couldn't cater to the preferences of the salesmen,evaluation or assessment to the conducted training was not perfect enough,relatively lower training transformation rate and lack of training security measures.Therefore,we have proposed following aspects of improvement scheme combined with relevant human resource management theory and our researches and investigations is that multi-dimensional investigations for the training demands is necessary to be executed from such aspects as industry characteristics,organizational objectives,job requirements and personal development etc.,aspects.Optimize the training organization and implementation from human,financial,time,form and other aspects.Optimize evaluation or assessment of the conducted trainings.Promote training transformation and improve security measures for the trainings.As all known that training is a process from point to area and from quantitative change to qualitative change so as to continuously provide a continuous power source for the long-term development of the company.Meanwhile,Training is not a thing as once for all but it needs to be constantly improved,perfected and optimized from time to time along with the strategic pace of the company.
