With the increasing national income and insurance demand,and the rapid development of sales brought by the "strategy of massive agents " in life insurance industry,many life insurance companies pay more and more attention to improving the competitiveness and intrinsic value of sales and companies through sales training system.HN Insurance Company has obtained some certain achievements in the training of sales.However,with the strategic transformation of HN Insurance Company from 2.0 period of high-speed development of sales to 3.0 period of high-quality development of sales,the training of sales in HN Insurance Company also needs to make corresponding changes urgently.Although the company highly recognizes the sales director is a major contributor to the company's sales and adding sales performance,the company has not systematically improved and optimized the training of sales managers according to the training needs and the strategic transformation of the company.Firstly,this paper elaborates the research background and significance,through combing the research status,condenses the innovative points.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaires with employees of training department and sales directers of HN Insurance Company,the information collection of training system,this paper analyzes of the status of the sales director training system of HN Insurance Company at four dimensions,combining with the training system maturity model proposed by Carnegie Mellon University.Thirdly,it analyzes the existing problems of training system and the reasons of the problems.Finally,integrating online and offline training resources,this paper explores an optimization plan for sales director training system,which is suitable for the strategic transformation period,realizing the important support of enterprise training for company strategic development and talent training,and also expect to provide reference for the training system of other life insurance companies,for example,the establishment of curriculum research and development room and on-line training offices,the innovative teaching method of best practice case.Finnally the evaluation after optimization by using the five-level ROI model have realized the complete closed-loop optimization of training system.
