With the continuous improvement of China's independent innovation capability,research on the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents has become increasingly important.On the macro level,this is the fundamental guarantee for building an innovative country.On the micro level,this is also the key to acquiring and maintaining the competitive advantage of enterprises.As the main driving force for the organization's innovation work,science and technology talents continue to promote the successful completion of organizational innovation tasks and innovation goals.The innovation performance of the organization is largely the result of individual innovation.Therefore,the level of innovation will be high and the knowledge diffusion will be expanded.Good and bad,excellent performance and innovation are the primary and key to organizational innovation.Faced with this problem,we need to conduct a thorough and systematic study on the innovation performance of scientific and technological talents.From the theoretical and empirical aspects,this paper uses the methods of literature research,reasoning and induction,based on the theory of planned behavior,combined with innovation theory,motivation theory,organizational situation theory and knowledge management theory,from the will to the innovative behavior of scientific and technological talents innovation performance.The process of value realization has been systematically studied to discuss the influencing factors of individual innovation performance of scientific and technological talents.This research focuses on the core issue of"How does innovation intention affect the innovation performance of science and technology talents?" First,it sorts out relevant literatures on the innovation performance and innovation willingness of science and technology talents at home and abroad,combined with the theory of planned behavior,and the existing research results.Based on the theoretical model of the relationship between the two.At the same time,because science and technology talents are the main carrier of innovative knowledge,the knowledge required in the era of knowledge economy is more comprehensive and complex,and the continuous diffusion of knowledge and acceptance of scientific and technological talents in the process of innovation is increasingly important for its innovation performance.Theory,the diffusion of knowledge as a mediator.In the process of combing the literature,it is also found that many scholars believe that individual innovation of science and technology talents is the main source of organizational innovation ability,and is the innovation subject of enterprises,and organizational environmental factors are considered to be one of the important factors affecting the individual innovation performance of science and technology talents.This paper considers the organizational innovation atmosphere as a moderator.The effective questionnaires were empirically analyzed by multiple linear regression and constructing structural equation modeling to verify the series of hypotheses proposed in this study.The results show that:(1)the willingness to innovate positively affects individual innovation performance,behavioral attitude,subjective norm and perceptual behavior control have positive influence on the development of individual innovation behavior and the achievement of innovation results;(2)three innovation wills Dimensions have a positive impact on knowledge diffusion;(3)knowledge diffusion has a positive impact on individual innovation performance(including innovation behavior and innovation results);(4)knowledge diffusion plays a part in the relationship between innovation willingness and individual innovation performance(5)The organizational innovation atmosphere plays a regulatory role between innovation willingness and individual innovation performance,as well as knowledge diffusion and individual innovation performance.
