Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Science And Technology Service Industry Cluster Development In Hubei Province

The tech industry is a new industry,which is the result of the continuous refinement of industrial division of labor and joint development between industries.The rapid growth and growth of the technology service industry has greatly encouraged technological innovation,and it also plays an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and regional economic development.In recent years,industrial agglomeration has been playing an increasingly important role in regional economic development.Industrial agglomeration,with its advantages of scale economy,innovation effect and knowledge spillover,has become a form of expression pursued by enterprises,regions and countries to improve their economic strength.It is of great strategic significance for a country to improve the development level of tech industry.The development level of tech industry in Hubei province and the provinces with high level of development of tech industry,such as Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou,need to ascend relatively large,and the internal development is not balanced,through the analysis of its current situation and impact of its agglomeration development factors.To put forward reasonable policy suggestions on the existing shortcomings combined with the influencing factors to promote the vigorous development of tech industry in Hubei province,so as to improve the comprehensive scientific and technological strength of Hubei province,and lay a good foundation for the innovation of Hubei construction,therefore,it can be said that the research of this paper is of great significance.Based on the investigation and Research of Science and Technology Service industry as the main body,this paper analyzes the situation of agglomeration and development of tech industry from the aspects of industrial agglomeration theory and spatial metrology demonstration,so as to investigate the mechanism of the formation and development of tech industry in Hubei province,and explore its influencing factors in the process of agglomeration development.The article unfolds with four parts,in the first part,it is the definition of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis: first introduces the concept,classification,characteristics and functions of science and technology service industry,then systematically expounds the theory and development of industrial agglomeration,and explains the significance of industrial agglomeration theory for the study of the agglomeration and development of tech industry in Hubei province.It also introduces its formation and development and the application of some measurement methods in the subsequent parts of this paper.The second part of this paper first explains the present situation of the development of tech industry in Hubei province through the chart data,and then compares the values of the location quotient and the spatial Gini coefficient,and clarifies the difference between the tech industry in Hubei province and the development of the tech industry in other regions,as well as the shortcomings of the development of the tech industry.The third part of this paper uses the method of literature review and economic theory analysis to select the possible influencing factors of the agglomeration development of tech industry,through the establishment of spatial measurement model to analyze whether the factors are significant,and then the significant factors are analyzed and explained.In the fourth part of this paper,combined with the present situation results and empirical analysis results obtained from two or three analysis,some conclusions are summarized: the development degree of tech industry agglomeration in Hubei province is not high,the agglomeration development is unbalanced and the agglomeration development in various cities has a negative effect of three points,and the situation of these three points of conclusion is briefly explained.Finally,according to the conclusion and the results,this paper puts forward some suggestions and ideas on how to promote the better and faster development of tech industry in Hubei province,as well as some shortcomings in the research process,and is full of prospects for the research of follow-up scholars.
