Research On The Construction Of The Regional Value Chain Of The Belt And Road From The Perspective Of Marx's Political Economy

The impact of the financial crisis on the world economic system has brought opportunities for the adjustment of global economic structure and the remodeling of global value chain.It also provides an important opportunity for developing countries to optimize and upgrade their industrial structure and move towards the middle and high end of the value chain.Taking the The Belt and Road.regional cooperation as the carrier,the construction of The Belt and Road.regional value chain with China as the core will not only help improve the social and economic development of all countries along the route,but also be conducive to the recovery and development of the world economy.The limitations of the contemporary western value chain theory determine that the contradiction between the existing global value chain system and the needs of the world's social and economic development is irreconcilable.Developing countries need more applicable and scientific theories to guide the independent construction of the value chain system.Although Marx's political economics has not formed a complete theory system of value chain,Marx has rich and forward-looking discussion on value chain from the angle of value and division of labor.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to sort out and summarize the value chain and apply it to the construction of regional value chain of The Belt and Road.Firstly,this paper thoroughly excavates and systematically combs Marx's relevant expositions in the fields of value and international value,division of labor and international division of labor.Starting from the dynamic mechanism,formation conditions and realization forms of value chain,it is sorted out as the value chain theory of Marxist political economy.Secondly,adhering to Marx's standpoint,viewpoint and method,guided by the theoretical system of Marx's political economics value chain and drawing on therelevant research results of modern economics,and based on the definition of the space and national scope of the Belt and Road regional cooperation,the existing conditions and challenges faced by the construction of the the Belt and Road regional value chain are analyzed.It further discusses the general idea and principle,dynamic mechanism and realization form of the construction of the the Belt and Road regional value chain.Finally,aiming at the deficiencies of this paper,based on the thinking of enriching and developing Marx's value chain theory and constructing the Belt and Road regional value chain,the research prospect is made from two aspects of theory and practice,and the direction for further research is put forward.
