Manufacturing is the foundation of the entire national industrial economy.Before the reform and opening up,there was a big gap between China’s industrial base and western developed countries.In the 1980 s,the country reformed and opened up,and foreign capital flooded into the flood of national economic development,which prompted the rapid development of China’s manufacturing industry.Especially after China’s accession to the WTO,local companies have become more open-minded and participate in global competition with a more active attitude.It is the continuous investment of domestic and foreign capital that China’s manufacturing industry continues to develop.At the same time,equipment maintenance is an indispensable part of the manufacturing production activities,and its workload has also increased significantly.Therefore,equipment maintenance work is increasingly prominent in the manufacturing position of manufacturing enterprises..Equipment maintenance management is an important guarantee for enterprises to create profits.It is an urgent need of manufacturing enterprises to reduce equipment failure rate by improving equipment maintenance management level.CNC milling machines are one of the most widely used and widely used metal cutting machines in the manufacturing industry.In view of the fact that Meida Precision Industry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Meida)is a typical representative of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and is a Fortune 500 company in the world,this paper takes the maintenance of CNC milling machine from Meida as the research object.Research on management issues in the maintenance of CNC milling machines.This paper first analyzes the problems in the maintenance of Meida CNC milling machine from the maintenance personnel,maintenance equipment,maintenance consumables,maintenance mode,maintenance information,maintenance work,and explores the root cause of the problem through the fishbone diagram.Secondly,based on Maslow’s hierarchy of requirements,this paper determines the functional maintenance of CNC milling machine as the goal of the precision maintenanceprogram of Meida CNC milling machine,and then from the five main items of order management,manufacturing management,technical management,maintenance management and manpower management.Design a first-level framework for precision maintenance solutions for CNC milling machines,designing the secondary framework of the program from the management of market orders,the consideration of designers,the feedback of customer opinions,the monitoring of equipment status,the development of standardized documents,and the establishment of equipment vitae.Then,according to the secondary framework,detailed construction of the order type,reasonable design of the part structure,collection of customer opinions,monitoring of equipment status and other aspects.Finally,this paper proposes the key points,difficulties and safeguards for the implementation of the program from the aspects of corporate strategy,team building,concept establishment,continuous improvement,information security,etc.,as well as the expectations of the program in improving the quality of electrode products and reducing the abnormal rate of cutting.Implementation effectiveness.The implementation of the program can not only meet the functional maintenance of the CNC milling machine,but also improve the production efficiency of the equipment,thereby improving the company’s operating profit.In view of the high commonality of equipment maintenance,the precise maintenance scheme of Meida CNC milling machine proposed in this paper can be extended to the maintenance of other mechanical equipment,thus further expanding the research significance of the program.
