Research On The Development Of Agricultural Science And Technology Service At The Grass-roots Level From The Perspective Of Farmers’ Satisfaction

In the process of agricultural modernization,the basic agricultural science and technology service plays an important role in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the process of agricultural modernization.The satisfaction degree of farmers can clearly reflect the service quality and effect of agricultural science and technology service at the grass-roots level.Therefore,from the perspective of farmers’ satisfaction,this paper explores the satisfaction evaluation of farmers’ agricultural science and technology services at the grass-roots level in China,and finds out the existing problems of agricultural science and technology services at the grass-roots level of our country.This paper first summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,consults a lot of literature,and based on the theory of customer satisfaction and the actual situation of agricultural science and technology service in our country,it has initially established the farmer’s satisfaction index system for agricultural science and technology service at the grass-roots level,and uses Delphy Fa to modify the index system and determine the index.A scientific and reasonable index system of satisfaction is obtained.Then the three level index is quantified into a questionnaire,and the quantitative index of the Li kte five scale is used to make a sampling survey on the farmers in the sample County,and then the empirical data are analyzed.The Boston matrix analysis method is used to find out the poor convenience and low value of the basic agricultural science and technology service in the grass-roots level agricultural science and technology service in China.The problem of low efficiency of technology popularization,high risk of farmers’ new technology,insufficient guidance of prenatal planning guidance,low field guidance frequency of technical instructors,low selling price of agricultural products and unreasonable depth setting of scientific and technological training content.Suggestions on the development of agricultural science and technology services at the grass-roots level in China are put forward from the construction of agricultural information service platform at the grass-roots level,the innovation of the personnel system,the improvement of the performance assessment,the strengthening of the demand orientation of technical popularization,the attention to the whole process guidance of agricultural production,the postpartum sales model and the new vocational peasant training model.
