The Influence Of Rural Labor Transfer To The Agricultural Technology Progress

Agricultural technological progress plays a very important role in the process of agricultural modernization.Agricultural technology progress is the inevitable trend in agricultural modernization,is an important means of realizing agricultural scale management and specialized production,is to improve the efficiency of agricultural production and an important guarantee of realization of farmers' income.The agricultural supply side reform and sustainable development must rely on the agricultural technology progress,the improvement of the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and efficiency only depends on the scientific and technological progress.Based on the background of the large transfer of rural labor force,this paper discusses the influence of rural labor transfer on China's agricultural technological progress and its mechanism,and then puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural labor transfer and the type and mode selection of agricultural technology,this paper discusses the mechanism of rural labor transfer to agricultural technology.Based on the relevant data of 2000-2016,the comprehensive influence and single effect of rural labor transfer on agricultural technological progress were analyzed.Full text study the following conclusions:(1)although the scale of rural labor transfer and transfer degree is in steady growth,but our country still exist many problems in the process of rural labor transfer,the relative degree of the transfer of rural labor force with the developed countries gap is still large,the transfer of rural labor force still has large space,so you should take active measures to promote the orderly transfer.(2)the transfer of rural labor force not only provides high-quality and cheap labor for urban non-agricultural industries,but also infuses new vitality into agricultural economic growth.(3)in the fourth chapter through the regression model,and find that reflect the rural labor force transfer of rural labor force transfer rate to the agricultural total factor productivity is significantly positive influence and influence coefficient is 0.7803,shows that whenever the rural labor force transfer rate increase 1 unit,the agricultural total factor productivity will increase 0.7803 unit,it also suggests that the transfer of rural labor force will significantly promote the progress of agricultural technology.(4)through the analysis of the empirical study on the fifth chapter indicates that rural labor transfer and agricultural mechanization,there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between rural labor transfer has a significant positive effect on agricultural mechanization level,the influence coefficient is 0.0219,the granger test results further show that the rural labor force transfer is the granger cause of agricultural mechanization level.(5)the rural labor force transfer is not only for comprehensive agricultural technological progress has a significant positive effect,at the same time on behalf of the modernization of agriculture machinery technology progress has positive effect,but in terms of its influence on agricultural machinery technical progress is relatively small,the influence of it in conformity with the basic national conditions in our country.Although the number and degree of rural labor transfer is increasing,the base of agricultural labor force is still huge.Therefore,the mode of agricultural technology improvement in China should be both the mechanical and the biological technology,and the progress of the biochemical technology should be supplemented by the progress of agricultural machinery and technology.
