Incentive is through specific methods and management system to maximize employee commitment to enterprise management process.Scientific and effective incentive system can let employees play the best potential,create more value for the enterprise,is the enterprise managers and researchers of management has been the pursuit of the pyramids.Price competition in the face of fierce market competition increasingly,ever escalating competition for management.Enterprise competition will be a lack of talent management.However,in the face of fierce market competition,talent exchange,retain talent,has become the main management goal of the firm.Retain talent.After all,considering the operator's incentive system.The stand or fall of a system,not only theoretically evaluation,also from the actual execution and effective for the analysis of system integrity.Based on China aluminum group as an example,this paper combined with the domestic and foreign research,analysis and evaluation of China aluminum group of current management system,including the past administrative management mode of the administrative level system,reputation incentive system,releasing and management ownership and stock options,find out the current this enterprise the problems in incentive system,the enterprise existing incentive system with material incentive to give priority to,a variety of incentive system application does not reach the designated position,the design of the incentive system is not scientific and comprehensive problems,according to these problems,further analysis the reasons of these problems,such as the traditional state-owned enterprises,the influence of the thought to the management of Labour of the essence of the in-depth,etc.,then,through the empirical analysis,analysis the influence factors of affect the enterprise incentive system using;Finally,according to the current problems existing in the enterprise incentive system and the results of empirical analysis,put forward the measures to perfect enterprise incentive system,first,to clear the enterprise operators and managers incentive system design idea,the second,clear enterprise management system structural design,can be divided into long-term and short-term incentives,third,build form a complete set of incentives and build the external environment,set up a paid vacation system,to build humane environment and optimize mechanism of this life.In this paper,through consulting relevant data and empirical analysis,be helpful for China aluminum group fosters the talent,sustained development the core competitiveness,to other domestic state-owned enterprises also to have certain reference significance.
