The diversity of environments,markets,services,products and sales globalization brings heavily increased the complexity of new product developments and risks.The rapid development of industrial automation and smart power grid requires much higher reliability of electrical and control system products.The competition among companies is getting fiercer,and NPD is one of significant foundations.Risk management in NPD processes is significant assurance of NPD's successes.The thesis retrospects the current risk managemenet methods of NPD,proposes a new risk evaluation method based on the integration of Analysis of Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Integral Evaluation,processes the full lifecycle risk management research on NPD stage-gate process of Company A with risk mitigation methods such as business analysis,quality function deployment,DFEMA,PFEMA.In the research,regarding the current situation of Company A,the thesis identifies and defines all the risk factors with two layers based on the deliverables of the different gates,Analysis of Hierarchy Process with expert survey method is used to evaluate the weights of all the risk factors.To lower the effect of subjective factors in the application of AHP,the experts are required to score the importance of the risk factors and fill the survey form of risk grade evaluation.Then Fuzzy Integral Evaluation model is used to calculate gerenal risk values in gates.Risk mitigation methods such as business analysis,quality function deployment,etc are applied.At the end,the thesis uses Pmax series low voltage compact bus duct system project to validate the feasibility and validility of the research method.The end of the thesis presents the summary and outlook of the research.
