Research On The Reform Of "three Powers Separation" Of Agricultural Lands Under The Vision Of Marx's Land Rent Theory

The downward pressure on the Chinese economy is constantly increasing,and the external situation has undergone profound changes.However,solving the "three rural issues" is still the top priority of the work of the whole party and the unshirkable historical mission of the party and the government.As the most important guiding ideology of the Chinese Communist Party,Marxist theory provides an inexhaustible spiritual force for China's development.Under the macro background of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era and promoting the increase of farmers' income,how to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory,orderly promote the reform of rural land "three powers separation",and lead the modernization of China's agricultural and rural areas.Major issues that need to be addressed.The Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land is an important link to realize rural revitalization and the only way to achieve agricultural modernization.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it is necessary to deepen the reform of the rural land system and improve the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land,thus pointing out the direction for the reform of the rural land system under the rural revitalization strategy.In this context,based on the new problems and new situations faced by the agricultural and rural development in the new era,in-depth study of Marx's land rent theory has important theoretical and practical significance for the comprehensive realization of rural revitalization and the promotion of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land.This article is based on this theory,and from the following aspects:The first part,this paper briefly introduces the background,theoretical significance and practical significance of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land based on Marx's land rent theory,and briefly summarizes the research status and existing problems at home and abroad.The second part is Marx's land rent theory and its contemporary value.It introduces the main content of Marx's land rent theory,defines the forms of various types of rent,explains the modern value of Marx's land of rent theory,including its guiding role in the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land.The third part is the theory and practice of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land in China.This paper expounds the concept,evolution process and significance of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land,and discusses and analyzes the concrete practice of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in typical areas of China.The fourth part is about the problems faced by the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land.Through the investigation and empirical analysis of Luoyuan County,the problems existing in the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land are pointed out.The fifth part is the policy path of the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land under the perspective of Marx's land rent theory.This part explains the enlightenment of Marx's land rent theory to the Separation of Three Rights of reform in rural land,and proposes the policy path of accelerating the Separation of Three Rights of reform in order to provide useful lessons.
