Manufacturing is the foundation of a country's economy. The development of a country's manufacturing reflects the level of industrialization of the country and determines a country's overall national strength, international division of labor, and international status. After the European and American countries implemented the de-industrialization policy, they moved their manufacturing industries to developing countries with relatively low production costs. At the same time, they vigorously developed services such as computers and financial derivatives, the virtual economy has developed rapidly, and the real economy is constantly weakening. The alienation between the real economy and the real economy led to the economic crisis in the United States and the debt crisis in Europe.Developed countries began to realize the important role of manufacturing and set off a wave of re-industrialization.China is the largest developing country and trading country, and Europe and the United States.Industry has had a certain impact on China's manufacturing exports. This paper focuses on the impact of US re-industrial policies on China's manufacturing exports. This paper first analyzes the situation of the US manufacturing industry before and after the US implementation of the re-industrialization strategy. Before the rework in the United States, the US real economy continued to weaken, the unemployment rate remained high, the gap between rich and poor has been increasing, the international balance of payments was seriously imbalanced, and economic growth was relatively slow.Secondly,it analyzes the changes in the US manufacturing industry after the implementation of the re-industrial policy. The changes include the strengthening of the US manufacturing industry's will to return to local places, the lower unemployment rate, and the recovery of the real economy,US export trade showed a growing trend. At the same time,it analyzes the limitations of the re-industrialization policy, including the limited number of employment increases, employment is difficult to reach the level before the recession;the added value of manufacturing industry to the proportion of GDP needs to be improved;manufacturing output growth is slow. Then it analyzes the impact of US re-industrialization on China's manufacturing exports, including the total export volume and export structure of the manufacturing industry. In terms of total exports, after re-industrial,the scale of China's manufacturing industry has decreased to a small extent, the proportion of manufacturing exports has been decreasing, the proportion of manufacturing exports to the United States has decreased, and the investment in Chinese manufacturing has increased. In terms of export structure,China's manufacturing exports accounted for an increase in the proportion of exports of goods;the export volume of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing & computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing and the proportion of total exports of manufacturing industries continued to increase, and the export volume of general equipment manufacturing industry increased. The proportion of the top ten industries in the export industry, except for the ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, the export volume and proportion of other industries have increased;while the growth rate of China's high-tech manufacturing exports has slowed down, accounting for reduce. Finally,it puts forward relevant policy recommendations on maintaining the competitive advantage of China's manufacturing industry, changing China's manufacturing for China's manufacturing,China's creation,China's intellectual creation and demographic dividends.
