Entrepreneurship can effectively promote innovation and economic growth, increase employment and maintain social stability. 15 years the government formally proposed the "public entrepreneurship, innovation" slogan. In recent years, entrepreneurial opportunity identification has become one of the focuses of entrepreneurship research. Factors influencing entrepreneurial opportunity identification, social network has been concerned because of its strong influence and explanatory power. Existing research shows that to form a team, the business model has become the new ventures to participate in market competition and cooperation of mainstream business line. But in fact, entrepreneurial team than the displayed in the entrepreneurship research literature generally, and especially for the high-tech industry, the vast most startups are by the entrepreneurial team set up. Some research began to focus on the team level, but compared to the individual level of research, is still relatively small.The entrepreneurial team as the research object, from information to proceed, the entrepreneurial team information acquisition and network of relationships, the opportunity to identify unite to carry on the inspection, thus better explain entrepreneurial team get method and effect of the positive role of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and the entrepreneurial team relation network, information access and opportunity recognition are classified as to our study. In our study, the team of the network is the independent variable, opportunity recognition is dependent variable, access to information as the intermediary variable, in the full analysis of the relationship between these variables to construct theoretical models; and according to the effect of construal, analysis and summarize the hypothetical relationship between variables. In order to test the validity of our theoretical model and hypothesis, we draw on the relevant scale statistical method, and formulate the relevant questionnaire according to the content of this study. Through the questionnaire survey, we analyze the data obtained.With the support of data analysis, this paper draws the following three conclusions: the structure and relationship of entrepreneurial team is positively related to the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities. The quality and intensity of the relational network, the network size, network density and entrepreneurial opportunity identification have obvious correlation, but the correlation is not obvious. Information acquisition plays an intermediary role in the relationship quality of social network, relationship strength, network density and entrepreneurial opportunity identification.
