Research On The Poverty Reduction Effect Of Chongqing's Joint-stock Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The problem of poverty,especially rural poverty,has always been a problem that has plagued China's development.China has implemented precise poverty alleviation,there are still problems such as poverty reduction based on exogenous forces that it is difficult to maintain and can easily fall back into poverty.The essence of poverty alleviation and stabilization is to stimulate the initiative of the poor and build a sustainable endogenous poverty alleviation mechanism.In view of the fact that farmers' professional cooperatives are a combination of the weak and have a natural property of poverty,this paper will use the poverty reduction mechanism effects of farmers' professional cooperatives as the research object,and take the Chongqing Stock System Farmer Professional Cooperative as a research sample to explore the internal sources of farmers' professional cooperatives.The construction,operation and effect evaluation of the poverty alleviation mechanism are expected to provide the theoretical guidance for the healthy operation of the joint-stock farmers' professional cooperatives in Chongqing,give full play to their endogenous poverty alleviation mechanism,and provide reference for the development of farmer professional cooperatives in other regions.In recent years,the reform of the joint-stock cooperative system for farmers' professional cooperatives in Chongqing has been very effective.The introduction of shareholding system factors in organizational innovation has enabled cooperatives to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition situation,which has greatly improved the economic efficiency of agriculture,promoted peasants' poverty reduction and income increase,and gave full play to their shareholding cooperation.The role of governance in poverty.By coordinating the multidimensional relationships within the joint-stock system farmer cooperatives,accumulating the social capital of the joint-stock cooperatives and individual farmer households,enhancing the initiative of the peasants in poverty reduction,and establishing an endogenous poverty alleviation mechanism based on social capital,and adopting the TieFeng Mountain Kiwifruit shares As an example,professional cooperatives evaluate the effectiveness of poverty reduction practices and summarize their poverty reduction measures.They propose suggestions for improving the poverty reduction effect of joint-stock farmers' professional cooperatives.They must base on the basic conditions of farmers and enrich the participation forms of rural households;they must improve rural areas.The credit system,"loans" to help poor households get rid of poverty,help cooperatives and companies docking,extend the industrial chain;help to develop counselors training in rural areas;set up a mechanism to reflect difficulties,and safeguard the interests of members.
