Research On Supporting The Precise Poverty Alleviation By Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

Winning the targeted fight against poverty is one of the three most important tasks in China's current fight against poverty.Targeted poverty alleviation is a new mechanism of China's poverty alleviation work.The organizational characteristics of farmers' professional cooperatives provide strong support for targeted poverty alleviation and are the ideal carrier of targeted poverty alleviation.Therefore,it is the top priority of China's poverty alleviation work for farmers' professional cooperatives to help targeted poverty alleviation.However,in the process of implementing targeted poverty alleviation,the advantages of specialized farmer cooperatives are still not fully exerted.Some specialized farmer cooperatives have some difficulties in helping targeted poverty alleviation,and the "pro-poor nature" is limited.To this end,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of farmers' professional cooperatives helping targeted poverty alleviation,actively explores the root causes of these problems,and tries to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problems.Based on the analysis and reference of the theories and time experience of farmers' professional cooperatives and targeted poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the research ideas of this paper.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of specialized farmer cooperatives in helping targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,based on the analysis results,the problems and causes of specialized farmer cooperatives in helping precision poverty alleviation were summarized,and Suggestions and countermeasures were put forward,which laid a solid foundation and benefited the long-term,to ensure the sustainable development of specialized farmer cooperatives in helping precision poverty alleviation.That is the government to innovate management mechanism,stimulate the vitality of farmers' professional co-operatives power precision poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation in industry,finance,science and technology,talents for poverty alleviation poverty alleviation form resultant force,provide more convenient for the development of farmers' professional co-operatives policy support environment,encourage the farmers' professional co-operatives in poverty alleviation projects,try to guide the government actively,avoid similar problems,to the advantage of the farmers' professional co-operatives.
