Study On Farmers's Professional Cooperatives To Participate Precise Poverty Alleviation

Building a moderately prosperous society in all respects is still a formidable task in our country However,poverty elimination is the key battle for building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,we should take all kinds of tools and instruments to achieve targeted poverty reduction and elimination,such like cooperative.Under the background of targeted poverty reduction and elimination,the most key group are rural residents living in poverty.There are natural relationships between professional cooperatives and farmers.Cooperatives mainly focus on agricultural development and are conducive to the development of rural areas.They have an inseparable relationship with "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Starting from the geopolitical position or the relationship of interests,cooperatives are currently one of the important vehicles for poverty alleviation through industrial development.In view of this,this article analyzes in depth the impact of the farmers' professional cooperation organizations in Niuchon Township of Heshun County on the poverty-stricken households and the problems in the process of poverty alleviation,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions accordingly,providing relevant experience for farmers' professional cooperative organizations to participate more effectively in poverty alleviation.And providing the basis and reference for the government to implement a precise poverty alleviation strategy.This article is divided into six parts in the process of writing.The first part introduces the background and the purpose of the topic through the introduction.The second part puts forward the concept,policy support,and basic theory of professional cooperative participation in precision poverty alleviation.The third part is to analyze the current situation of professional cooperatives in Niuchuan Township,Heshun County,including the scale,personnel,and special funds for poverty alleviation.In the fourth part,a questionnaire survey is conducted to conduct an in-depth analysis of cooperatives' participation in poverty alleviation.The fifth part concludes that there are some problems that the professional cooperatives in Niuchuan Township participate in the process of the development and operation of the precision poverty alleviation project,with serious problems of empty shells,reliance on salvation,non-standard operation development,and imperfect results.The sixth part is to address the problems in the development of precision poverty alleviation in professional cooperatives in Niuchuan Township and put forward corresponding measures to strengthen government management,increase training for talents,and effectively coordinate social resources.
