Study On Factor Of The Influenceof Farmland Transfer Behavior In Wanzhou District

Land is not only the most important means of production of farmers, but also the employment security of farmers, plays the social insurance function. However, as the economy develops to a certain stage, small scale of household management model has been unable to meet the modern large-scale agriculture, intensive development needs. The reasonable, orderly transfer of rural land can improve soil utilization rate, increase farmers income, accelerating the development of agriculture modernization, to realize the agricultural production and operation scale, promote agricultural restructuring, broaden the channels of farmers’ income. As the principal part in the circulation of agricultural land, the wishes of farmers on the land transfer smoothly if there is a fundamental influence. So the equality, voluntary, paid under the premise of land circulation, to protect the basic rights of farmers, the circulation of rural land market and the establishment of a sound plays an important role in land management system.The results showed that the farmland and farmland, farmers from the behavior of two different actors, different factors influencing farmers’ land transfer behavior and the influence direction and degree。 The results show that the circulation of rent, the number of agricultural labor, family income, farmers’ employment, government subsidies to farmers to the significant effect; whether to sign a contract, the proportion of non-agricultural income of farmers land transfer behavior significantly.
