| Bai Nun is a sport shoes company,based on own product and technical from compnay,and the ability of R&D,within more than 20 years after entering Asia market,Bai Lun has expanded rapidly and has become one of the leading company in this industry,and has been the international famous brand in the world.However,in the meantime of expansion of company business,the business of competitor’s brand has increased rapidly,new brand also grown up very fast.With the increasing of pressure in the competition from outside market,the progress of product R&D is slow in Bai Nun shoe’s company,and also has the trend of falling back.With the background,this thesis has discussion of problem happens in product R&D and management,including new product R&D project forecast system;product R&D project cancellation rate;cross-culture communication;project innovation success utilization rate.We analyze some main reasons like the changeable and uncontrollable of market;problem of design;culture difference between the East and the Western;and the direction of innovation R&D being not lined up with market.By objectively,it raises the optimization plan in regards to postponing the time to provide R&D project forecast list;changing penalty plan for designer;strengthening communication and understanding;optimizing the process of innovation R&D.To make sure the optimization plan to achieve expected result,this thesis provides completed auxiliary method to execute plans including understanding unifying;training strengthening;build up exclusive dept.The conclusion thinks,with the protection and support of auxiliary method,postponing the time to provide R&D forecast list is helpful for new product R&D project forecast system;changing penalty plan for designer is effectual for product R&D project cancellation rate;strengthening communication and understanding is improvable for cross-culture communication issue;optimizing innovation R&D process can enhance the success utilization rate in project innovation aspect. |
