With continuous expansion of global business of multinational corporations, cross-cultural management communication in foreign-funded enterprises in China is becoming a significant topic. More than80%software development projects from RA Company Dalian R&D (Research and Development) Center are completed by teamwork with Dalian and oversea groups. The project teams come up with issues of culture and value conflicts, they are less motivated and cooperative, leading in less efficient in communication and performance, with the reasons of multiple command across department, multinational team coordination failure and formalization of Agile Development mode. etc. The managers need to pay high attention to above issues and provide prompt solutions with actions followed. The case study for RA Company Dalian R&D center is argued in this paper with related methods in cross-cultural management communication, including nine elements in cross-cultural communication model and cultural dimensions comparison from Eastern and Western study. The author wants to look for root causes from the perspectives of enterprise environments, communication objects and channels, and then provide the solutions and strategies to improve the cross-culture communication issues of RA Company.Since the global teams are cooperated in multinational projects with adoption of Agile mode in software product development, the cross-cultural communications could be blocked by manager decisions with culture and value differences, lack in cross-cultural communication skills and blocking of communication channels, which bring big challenge to their cross-cultural management communication skills.. Therefore, the total solution should be provided based on root cause from each issue. The cross-cultural team could be motivated by building up a flat organizational structure and reasonable comprehensive performance evaluation system, and the enterprise needs to establish its core culture and value with effective promotion as well. The promotion of manager communication capabilities and skills could enhance the team collaboration and competitiveness. And commination efficiency could be improved and communication obstacles could be eliminated by better cross-cultural communication channels and steady performance of network and facility.
