| Under the call of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the social focus topic was once occupied by entrepreneurship,and start-ups gradually became the main force of social and economic development.In the face of the complex and changeable entrepreneurial environment,how to identify and exploit opportunities becomes one of the contents that entrepreneurs must study.This paper takes DM company’s entrepreneurial opportunity identification and development process as a case to provide empirical basis for entrepreneurial management research,which has certain practical significance for Chinese enterprises’ opportunity identification and development process.In this paper,the case study method is adopted to describe the entrepreneurial opportunities of DM company in the initial stage,growth stage and transition period.It describes how DM company can identify the startup opportunities in the initial stage and acquire the corresponding resources for development.How to break through the bottleneck and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise through the further development of opportunities in the growth periodIn the case analysis part,by analyzing the environment,resources and opportunities in the early stage of entrepreneurship and using the entrepreneurship theories such as Timmons entrepreneurship model and opportunity identification and development process model,the paper analyzes the opportunity identification and development process of DM companies.At the end of the paper,it provides the opportunity for DM companies in transition to identify and develop related management Suggestions,and provides valuable reference for other startups.This paper obtained basic data through case analysis,literature analysis,interview and other methods,described the case in detail,and analyzed the case based on relevant theories.On the one hand,DM company’s entrepreneurial opportunity identification and development experience can provide reference for other Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises;On the other hand,case materials can provide fodder for entrepreneurial management. |
