The Development Strategy Research Of Yingkou Free Trade Port

In the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi proposed to grant more powers to pilot free trade zones to conduct reform,and explore the opening of free trade ports.Since that time,free trade ports have become a hot spot for governments at all levels and related enterprises and institutions.In the face of global economic integration,China has become more and more open to the outside world,and the economy of Northeast China has been sluggish for a long time.It needs a new growth pole to drive the economy of Northeast China and even the economy of Northeast Asian.Therefore,this paper encourages people to boldly explore and break new ground,and explore a free trade port in the Yingkou Free Trade Area.In order to implement the realistic development strategy of Yingkou Free Trade Port,this paper studies the related theories of Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port.Secondly,the internal and external environment of Yingkou area was comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.On the basis of studying the internal and external environment,we find the opportunities and threats from the external environment and the strengths and weaknesses to the development of the Yingkou Free Trade Area with SWOT analysis.The conclusion is drawn that the opportunity of Yingkou Free Trade Area is greater than the threat,and the advantage is greater than the disadvantage.The development and upgrading of the Yingkou Free Trade Area meets the needs of the international political and economic environment and complements the national strategy.It is expected to solve the economic difficulties in the Northeast.It is feasible and necessary to explore a free trade port in Yingkou.Based on the results of SWOT analysis and combining with the advanced experience of typical free trade ports at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the development strategy of exploring a free trade port in Yingkou free trade zone,and the corresponding measures should be taken to ensure the smooth implementation of the free trade port strategy.The life cycle theory of free trade port proposed by the author belongs to the innovation point of this paper.
