Game And Reciprocity—An Empirical Study On Lichuan Tourism From Community Participation Theory

The rapid development of tourism has brought huge economic benefits and broad prospects for development,and has been widely concerned by the government,enterprises,communities,scholars and so on.This study intends to explore the participation relationship and characteristics between tourism stakeholders in Lichuan based on the Community theory of tourism anthropology.This study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of the research,puts forward the content of this study,summarizes the research methods,and reviews the relevant research at home and abroad.It is the theoretical basis of this study.The second part introduces the basic situation of tourism of Lichuan,which is the case support.The author selects 4 representative scenic spots in Lichuan,and uses the first-hand data of field investigation to describe the community participation of each scenic spot.Tenglong Cave Scenic Area is better.Interests reciprocal performance: With the continuous development of Tenglong Cave,the scenic area for the local residents to build a highway,convenient community residents travel,community residents did not prevent the corresponding activities of the enterprise;government services for enterprises to ensure the normal operation of the scenic area,The success of the corresponding scenic area,to enhance the Lichuan visibility.Benefit game performance: the local community residents are willing to participate in tourism sharing results,but due to various factors,participation is not enough;scenic areas due to cost factors do not want to implement the government's A decision.The community participation in the Dashuijing is not bland.The residents involved in the enthusiasm of the surrounding areas,but the scenic area of enterprise initiative is not enough,the effect of participation is not good,less dividends to share,mutual performance is not prominent.The interests of the game performance: scenicareas allocated to the relevant tourism business profits are not high,resulting in travel agencies and other related enterprises in the arrangements for tourism products to consider less scenic spots,the source market has been sluggish;scenic development did not meet the government's expectations,in a dilemma;Scenic spots and the surrounding residents there is a land dispute.These games,to a certain extent,hinder the development of Dashuijing scenic area.The Longchuanshuixiang's contradictions are more concentrated.The interests of the game is obvious: the prominent contradictions with the surrounding residents;and the relationship between the government is not harmonious;travel agencies associated with the scenic area is not high evaluation.The development of the scenic area to that part of the area as a boatman,tour guide community residents,brought a direct economic income.In the normal business period of Fobaoshan,the community participation is high,the government,the enterprise and the community inhabitants are able to participate in the tourism development,and their respective interests have better protection,and should be the ideal state of the community participation.However,the scenic area due to security incidents closed down,the original community to participate in the situation is no longer,and then evolved hope that the government to help enterprises out of the storm.The third part uses the theory of community participation of tourism anthropology to analyze the selected four cases,in which it is found that there are benefit sharing and game between government,enterprises and community residents.Then it is concluded that there are two types of community participation in tourism of Lichuan,one is the community participation of the game,the other is the reciprocal community participation,and analyzes the reasons for the formation of this situation.The fourth part is the conclusion.According to the current situation of community participation of tourism in Lichuan,from the three aspects of community capacity building,the government's limited participation and enterprise initiative to improve the efficiency of community participation,and put forward effectiveparticipation model,we hope to achieve the interests reciprocity of the main stakeholders in tourism,and extends to other scenic spots in Lichuan.
