As economic globalization and integration,the state,enterprises,individuals,each unit is active or passive,directly or indirectly involved in the globalization of economic activities,therefore the enterprises are facing competition and challenges unprecedented.With the increasingly fierce,changing competitive environment,the enterprise competition mode already changed from the traditional technology competition,market competition,product competition,gradually to the competition of supply chain.For the giant multinational manufacturing enterprises,with the expansion of global business,how to construct know sooner,act faster,TCO optimal supply chain will become a big topic,also will be an important factor of core competitiveness of the enterprise.Thereinto,procurement is very important to improve the overall performance and competitiveness as the most key element of supply chain.According to the survey of Chinese Federation of logistics and purchasing in 2012,the purchasing cost accounted for sales income proportion is 55%,purchasing cost control has become one of the important profit factor,centralized purchasing level can reflect the management level,and also as the core competence of enterprises to participate in international competition.According to company HT,also based on the investigation of large number of domestic and foreign examples,elaborated the research background,theoretical basis,research contents,ideas,as well as methods.This thesis is purchasing mode oriented,take product PCB as an example,mode changing from decentralized to centralized,during this process,do feasibility analysis of the technical level,cost analysis of the TCO level,strategy analysis of the overall operation,then finally established centralized purchasing mode,formulated specific solutions,made an achievement.Also found problems which revelant to purchasing organization,processs,as well as procurement information and supplier management.Through analyze the causes of the problems,centralized purchasing conscious and imperfect supervising system need to be strengthened.Meanwhile,safeguard measures should be taken to enhance enterprises competitiveness.At last,through the research of PCB procurement managing improvement of company HT,PCB cost control strategies and methods,centralized purchasing advantages have been discussed and discovered.Meantime,also hope this research could be supportive for the reform of centralized purchasing management of the other mulitiple national companies.
