Project Quality Management Research Of Clients Dealing Behavior Management In G Securities Company

The securities market is one of the three carriages of finance.Maintaining the order of the securities market is the basis of stable economic development.Customer transaction behavior management of securities companies is the basic way for securities companies to maintain the order of securities market,and its management quality directly affects the stability of national economy.Although the customer transaction behavior management of securities companies has been implemented for ten years,the practice of customer transaction behavior management of securities companies in the securities market with Chinese characteristics is still in the primary stage,and there is not a complete set of quality management system and theory to guide the industry management.As one of the few persons who have been engaged in this work for ten years,the author has conducted in-depth research on the customer trading behavior management project of securities companies,established a comprehensive quality management system,and started to promote it in the industry.The author combined the PMBOK quality management theory and securities firm customer trading behavior management practice,analysis influence factors of the quality management through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),considering the quality planning management,the implementation of quality assurance and quality control as three big level,form a complete quality management program which is covering the whole management structure,the rights and obligations,implementation method,monitoring and control system,process management,examination management,and finally realize an effective quality management mechanism of the securities company customer trading behavior management,making project quality management implement from theory to practical production.
