Sustainable growth, the development of enterprises depends on the corecompetitiveness of enterprises, one of the important factors that fundamentally,keeping core competitiveness of enterprises is the human resources. The company’sprofitability is determined by customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction byemployee satisfaction to decide. Therefore, the degree of employee satisfaction, notonly determines the company’s development, survival, and to determine thecompany’s future and destiny. Especially for our service industry businesses, such asairlines even more prominent. Therefore, the modern enterprises should pay specialattention to improve internal employee satisfaction in order to improve the internalmanagement level, enhance cohesion and competitiveness.In recent years, especially after the airport moved,the rate of turnover is high,management execution is low,the employee’s discontent diffuse, customer satisfactionis low,company sales is downturn. All of above phenomena show that there is a lot ofproblems about staff management in the company. To make employee satisfactionresearch, explore the problems and puts forward the specific strategies in W airlinebecome necessary and urgent. Pass through W airline employee satisfaction research,to build a common purpose of company and employee, to achieve a win-winsituation between business and employee.In this article, the W airline survey, through access to large amounts of data,research, literature, combined with questionnaires, in previous studies, based on thecombination of W airline own actual situation, design a questionnaire.A total of300questionnaires,278valid questionnaires recycling.,the questions including37questions, cover the basic situation of staffs, work environment, work groups, workcontent, company background and work return. To make employee satisfactioninfluence factors and personal factors research,find the questions of employeesatisfaction, put forward reasonable proposals.The text research hope to improvemanagement level,keep sustainable and harmonious development.
