As a basic service industry,logistics plays an important role in various supply chains and people’s daily life,and is an indispensable part of the manufacturing industry.With the existence of logistics industry,the industrial chain and supply chain can operate normally,and the people can have a higher quality of life,which can help them cope with the impact of emergencies.As an important support for urban operation,the urban logistics system is affected by other factors such as the environment.Due to the different response capabilities and measures taken by the system itself,the adaptability to the impact and the resilience in the impact are also different.So more and more cities put forward the idea of building a logistics system with high flexibility.The resilience level of the urban logistics system is mainly reflected in the ability to respond quickly to the impact of sudden major events,quickly adapt to the impact,and maintain its normal operation.A highly resilient logistics system is an important support for the normal operation of urban logistics when an emergency occurs,and is also an important part of urban construction.With the development of modern logistics system as the background,this paper focuses on the research on the evaluation of the resilience level of urban logistics system,analyzes the factors affecting the improvement of the resilience level of urban logistics system by combing the literature on the resilience of urban logistics system and the research status of the factors affecting the development of the resilience of logistics system,and classifies the indicators of the resilience level of the evaluation index system into economic resilience,infrastructure resilience Technological resilience and social resilience.Through literature review and principal component analysis,other specific factors affecting the resilience of the urban logistics system are included in the indicators,and the evaluation index system of the resilience of the urban logistics system is finally determined.Then this paper uses the entropy weight method to give objective weight to the index,and constructs an evaluation model based on the entropy weight-TOPSIS method.Finally,31 representative cities in China were selected as the objects for empirical analysis using 2020 sample data.The research results indicate that the overall resilience of urban logistics systems in C hina is still in its infancy and at a relatively low level.Relatively speaking,cities such as Beijing,Guangzhou,Shanghai,Hangzhou,and Chengdu have relatively high resili ence of logistics systems;The resilience of urban logistics systems in the eastern regio n is relatively high,while in the western and northeastern regions it is relatively low;Each city also has its own level of development in terms of economy,logistics infrastr ucture,technology,and society.Therefore,this paper gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improvement from the construction plan,digital economy,modern technology,infrastructure,resilient logistics planning and other aspects.
