With the frequent reports of gas station safety accidents,gas station safety has aroused social concern.At the same time,people's awareness of environmental protection and safety has been strengthened,and the pollution brought by gas stations directly affects people's quality of life,making it urgent for gas stations to realize improvement through transformation.In 2014,the state council issued the action plan for the prevention and control of water pollution,which requires the popularization of anti-seepage technology.In 2017,the shaoxing keqiao district issued the notice of "implementation plan of shaoxing keqiao district petrol station(point)underground oil tank renewal and transformation" in combination with the actual situation,thus the anti-seepage transformation of keqiao district petrol station was launched.This paper discusses the risk factors existing in the process of gas station reconstruction based on the background of the extensive development of gas station reconstruction project,and introduces the risk management theory to prevent and control the risks.Based on sinopec QJ gas station as an example,from the renovation project risk identification,risk assessment and risk response to the three aspects of research,first is the recognition of risk,using the Delphi method,through the questionnaire,please the expert inside course of study for the project the possibility of transformation in the process of risk analysis,using SPSS software for data processing,finally get the renovation project of security risk,quality risk,technology risk,policy risk,decision-making risk,construction risk,market risk 7 categories and 24 corresponding risks.Secondly,in risk assessment using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate QJ station renovation of various risk factors in the process of riskdegree,hierarchical analysis model is set up,for the whole project target layer,criterion layer and scheme for weight is calculated and the consistency check,finally get the QJ sinopec gas station renovation project risk and risk degree.Finally,according to the actual risk assessment weight,the author puts forward targeted risk prevention and response measures,and focuses on the right to major security risks,technical risks and quality risk response methods to analyze,prevent risks,enhance risk response ability,to provide a guarantee for the smooth progress of the transformation project.
