With expansion of market demand for refined oil, the competition among refined oils sale s enterprises becomes more and more fierce. As end of pipe of sales network, the development of gas stations plays an important role. At a certain point, the success of gas stations network establishment is critical and decisive to the survival and development of refined oil sales enter prises. It contains different kinds of risks during the construction of gas station, such as big in vestment scale, long investment tenor and lots of beneficial parties involved.This assay conducts research on risk management in construction of gas station, based on real case of gas station establishment of CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation). The purpose is to come up with practical and scientific risk countermeasures to improve risk mana gement capability in construction of gas station for refined oils sales enterprises.The first chapter of the assay states purpose and meaning of research as well as current in ternational and domestic research status, with explanation of research method, research techni que, and innovation.The second chapter summaries research theories including general theory of project management and risk management theory.The third chapter analyses current status o f gas station construction project of CNPC such as summary of the project, risk management st atus, existing problems and reasons. The forth chapter identifies and evaluate risks in construe tion project of gas station of CNPC. Risk identification consists of three stages-investment d ecision stage, program construction stage, and project operational stage. Risk evaluation comp rises project risk possibility, consequence, and impact scale assessment.The fifth chapter prese nts risk countermeasures aimed at risk identification and evaluation.The sixth chapter conclud es the research.
