Research On The Development And Improvement Strategy Of Small And Medium Enterprises In D Cluster Area

In recent decades,China's economic development is strong,while comprehensive national strength is also rising.Looking at the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,it has made a very important contribution to our country's economy.Common problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of development,such as the family-style business model,the low quality of employees,the lack of scientific management model,and the weak level of innovation and technology,still have a serious impact on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.If there is no way to solve these problems,it is very difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to keep up in the tide of economy and become bigger and stronger.D cluster is an emerging force in Hangzhou's industrial development.Under the circumstance of large enterprise concentration,the local SMEs are also strongly affected.Under such unique circumstances,how to develop SMEs in the D cluster and what countermeasures can help enterprises get out of the predicament is the main purpose of this thesis.By introducing the concept of SMEs,the relationship between industrial agglomeration and regional economic development,this thesis introduces the life cycle theory and industrial cluster theory of small and medium-sized enterprises,focusing on the investigation of SMEs in the D cluster.Meanwhile,by analyzing the data,this thesis puts forward the current problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for these problems.This thesis adopts data analysis method and literature research method to carry out research and analysis.Domestic literature on the status quo and development strategies of small and medium-sized enterprises in the agglomeration area is still relatively small.Starting from the D cluster area,this thesis discusses the current situation and problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in large enterprises cluster area,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures from macro,meso and micro levels.Mainly from the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,labor force,tax status,Park construction,etc,this thesis analyzes relevant data and finds out the judgment of the current situation and problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.The data used in this thesis are all real data with high reliability.Therefore,the present situation of development will be relatively real.Finally,in view of the problems in development,combining related theories,this thesis puts forward strategies,and hopes to provide reference for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in D cluster and similar industrial areas.
