As the backbone of urban public transportation network,the comprehensive service level of urban rail transit is the absolute factor that guaranteeing the rate of urban rail transportation.Also it directly reflects the urban traffic conditions and the overall level of development.For rail transit system,passenger is the principal part of operating system.Researching on rail transit comprehensive service level based on passenger perception,can effectively understand passengers' demand,find effective ways to improve the service level of urban rail transit,and thus increase the urban rail transportation share.The comprehensive service level index system of urban rail transit from the multi-dimension,the whole content and the whole process is constructed in view of passengers by using system analysis theory.The rationality of the establishment of the index system is verified by using the structural equation model.The index weight is calculated according to the effects of path coefficient between the indexs.Thus the comprehensive service level evaluation model of urban rail transit and the comprehensive service level evaluation model of different responsibility subjects in rail transit based on passenger perception is established,and a case study of Wuhan rail transit has carried on the empirical analysis.The main research contents and innovation points in this paper are as follows:(1)Combined the service elements with the content of urban rail transit service,the integrated service level index system of urban rail transit based on passenger perception is established from infrastructure,ticketing service,guide service,driving service,information service,emergency services,etc.A total of 28 secondary indexes are set combined previous research summary and the principle and idea of the index system construction in this paper.Among them,the new secondary indicators include emergency facilities,ticket purchase methods,off-site guidance signs,emergency plans and emergency effects.The index system is classified according to the subject of responsibility in the rail transit system.So,an operational reference for improving rail transit service level can be clearly provided by the result of comprehensive evaluation.(2)The first-order CFA and the second-order CFA model are established by the principle of structural equation based on the theoretical research of the relationship between index system structure and index.Datas are got by the questionnaire survey and pretreatment by SPSS22.0 software.The rationality of the CFA model about the index system is tested and corrected by AMOS22.0 software so as to improve the scientific nature of the evaluation system and the accuracy of the evaluation results.The index weight is calculated according to the effects of path coefficient between the indexs.Thus the comprehensive service level evaluation model of urban rail transit and the comprehensive service level evaluation model of different responsibility subjects in rail transit based on passenger perception is established.(3)A case study of Wuhan rail transit has carried on the empirical analysis and the comprehensive service level based on the perception of Wuhan rail transit passengers scored 3.456 points(full marks five points)according to the evaluation model.It belongs to the medium above and is consistent with the actual development situation of Wuhan rail transit.In addition,the division module of the different main responsibility according to index was evaluated respectively,based on the evaluation results of Wuhan municipal government related department and wuhan rail transit enterprise department puts forward the corresponding advice.Pertinent suggestions are put forward to the relevant departments of Wuhan municipal government and the various departments of Wuhan rail transit enterprises according to the evaluation results.
