Under The Background Of One Belt And One Road, The Experience And Enlightenment Of Xi'an Aiju Group's Exploring Of Going Out For Agricultural Enterprises

At present,China's agricultural supply and demand contradictions are prominent,and the food security situation is grim.Over-exploitation of land,excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,resulting in degraded quality of cultivated land and serious soil pollution;unreasonable agricultural production structure,resulting in a small number of agricultural products rely heavily on imports from abroad;food safety problems occur frequently,and genetically modified foods are flooding,threatening people's health.Faced with the continuous increase of China's population,the quality of cultivated land is declining,and the per capita cultivated land is insufficient.On the one hand,the state proposes a “going out” strategy,encouraging and supporting China's agricultural “going out” to carry out foreign agricultural trade and investment cooperation,and making use of other national resources to make up for it.The shortage of per capita cultivated land in China guarantees food supply and diversified demand.On the other hand,the state promotes the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture,requires the transformation of agricultural development methods,improves the efficiency of agricultural production and the quality of supply systems,and makes the quantity,variety and quality of agricultural products meet the needs of consumers,and truly forms a reasonable structure and strong guarantee.Agricultural product supply system.With the promotion of the “Belt and Road” construction and the structural reform of the supply side,China's agricultural enterprises have ushered in an important opportunity for “going out” development.This article selects Xi'an Aiju Grain and Oil Industry Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Aiju Group”)as a research case.Aiju Group is a long-established grain enterprise rooted in Shanxi.It is the vanguard and demonstration point for China's grain enterprises to “go global”.In 2015,Aiju Group reached a strategic cooperative relationship with Kazakhstan and established food planting in Kazakhstan.The processing base is listed in the “List of 51 Cooperation Projects between China and Kazakhstan Capacity and Investment” and is the only agricultural cooperation project.The development experience of Aiju Group and the successful “going out” experience have important research significance,and have a good reference for transnational agricultural cooperation for the majority of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises that want to “go out”.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background and research significance of this case,as well as the relevant theoretical basis.The second part: Study how the Aiju Group has grown from a small flour processing enterprise that is almost on the verge of bankruptcy to today's integrated grain and oil leading enterprises,and to the detailed development of the development process of the Aiju Group's “going out”.Introduction.The third part: Using SWOT analysis tools,systematically analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and risk factors of the “going out” of Aiju Group.The fourth part: summarizes and analyzes the strategies adopted by Aiju Group in the process of investing in Kazakhstan and the effects obtained.The fifth part: Combining the case of Aiju Group,summed up some experiences and inspirations for other companies to learn and reference.
