The Study On The Transformation Of Old Industrial Base In Northeast China From The Perspective Of Gentrification

After the implementation of the first round of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy in 2003,the development of the Northeast entered the “Golden Decade”.However,after China’s economic development entered a new normal in recent years,the economic development in the Northeast has declined overall,and the “New Northeast Phenomenon” has emerged.For the old industrial bases in Northeast China,it is extremely urgent to find new ways to transform and transform to break the new economic and social development.As an effective means of transformation and transformation of the old city,the gentrification has emerged in various parts of the world since the 1960 s.At present,the related research on the phenomenon of gentrification in the urban geography has formed a relatively complete theoretical system.Based on the basic perspective of gentleman,this paper attempts to find a feasible path suitable for the transformation and transformation of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,in order to realize the development and revival of the Northeast.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign gentlemen,this paper discusses the internal relationship between gentrification and urban renewal and industrial development.Combined with the realistic characteristics of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,this paper concludes that the old industrial bases in Northeast China have been transformed.The gentleman’s performance,dynamics,characteristics and models,and a detailed analysis of the future trends of the gentleman transformation and transformation of the old industrial bases in Northeast China,from the social space,material space,industrial structure and urban middle class as the starting point for old industrial area and realizing the organic combination of the material space and social space of the old industrial base in Northeast China.This article mainly includes five chapters:Chapter I: Introduction.This paper introduces the main background and significance of the study on the gentrification transformation and transformation of the old industrial base in northeast China,as well as the general situation,research contents,research methods,problems to be solved and the main difficulties in the research of the old industrial base in northeast China.Chapter Ⅱ: Summing up and combing the research results of gentrification at home and abroad,defining the concept of gentrification,summing up the stage of the development of gentrification,and combing the research results of the dynamic mechanism of gentrification at home and abroad,and analyzing the internal relations between gentrification and urban renewal and industrial development in detail.Chapter Ⅲ: Through the genteel perspective of the old industrial base in northeast China transformation State analysis.On the basis of the second chapter theory summary,this chapter analyzes the transformation content of the old industrial base during the revival of Northeast China from the perspective of gentrification,and finds that the content of the old industrial base in northeast China has obvious gentrification performance and characteristics,the same dynamic mechanism as the gentrification in other regions,and the unique gentrification factor of the old industrial base in northeast China.At the same time,this paper summarizes the gentrification of the transformation of the old industrial base in northeast China,which can be divided into four kinds,namely,the government leading mode,the cultural creative garden model,the high-grade residential construction mode and the high-end service industry agglomeration mode.Chapter Ⅳ: The application of the results of gentrification theory to the transformation and transformation of the old industrial base in northeast China to study the overall pattern.This paper puts forward that the future gentrification of the old industrial base in northeast China should be considered from the point of view of social space,material space,industrial structure and urban middle class,and the gentrification goal with inner city revival,economic path,strategic focus and main measures of the future gentrification of the old industrial base in northeast China.Chapter Ⅴ: This chapter summarizes the research contents of the gentrification transformation and transformation of the old industrial base in northeast China as a whole,and puts forward some shortcomings of the research on this basis,which provides some ideas for the follow-up research.
