Research On The Spatial Evolution Of Rural Settlements In The Flower And Tree Industry Area Of ​​the Plain

Since the reform and opening up,economic develops rapidly in China,urban and rural differences gradually becomes prominent,as the basic unit of human-land relations,rural settlements experienced drastic changes in the rapid development process,due to differences among economic,industrial,cultural and other endowment,the changes for rural settlement in different regions shows heterogeneity characteristics.To explore the characteristics of rural spatial change in typical regions,this paper takes Yanling County,which is relatively prominent in agricultural industrialization in Henan Province,as a case study,to explore the spatial evolution characteristics of urban and rural settlements in agricultural industrialization areas,so as to provide some scientific reference for promoting the development of new urbanization,optimizing the spatial system of urban and rural settlements,and improving the level of rural spatial governance.Taking Yanling County in Xuchang City of Henan Province as the research area,based on the theory of human-land relationship,this paper explores the spatial pattern and spatial pattern of rural settlements in Yanling County by using nuclear density analysis,spatial overlap analysis,sequence-scale rule,regression analysis and field investigation,respectively,in 1975,1995,2009 and 2017.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Evolution of spatial scale and analysis of spatial evolution and change factors in typical villages such as Yaojia,Jinzhuang and Renying from a micro-perspective.(1)The overall distribution of rural settlements in Yanling County is relatively uniform.Except for the county center,the distribution of other settlements is relatively scattered,and the scale of rural settlements agglomeration center gradually increases with the passage of time.The density distribution of rural settlements in four years shows that the rural settlements in Yanling County have high-density agglomeration centers,and the high-density agglomeration area is mainly located in the north-central part of Yanling County.It is also a flower and plant enterprise concentration and economically developed area.(2)The central settlement patches in Yanling County have obviously expanded,and the morphology has changed greatly.The expansion mode is mainly around expansion type,supplemented by road expansion type.Through analysis,the spatial expansion of rural settlements in Yanling County can be divided into three stages: balanced,rapid and slow development.(3)From 1975 to 2017,the total area and average area of rural settlements patches in Yanling County increased significantly.Correspondingly,the number and density of rural settlements patches decreased year by year,and the most obvious change year was 1995.With the development of economy and industry,settlement expansion and amalgamation are particularly obvious.Through the analysis of the order-scale rule,it is found that the scale distribution of rural settlements in Yanling County tends to be concentrated,and the number of settlements with higher scale level gradually increases.(4)Based on the survey of typical villages,it is found that the houses in Yaojia,Jinzhuang and Renying villages are more uniform and uniform,mainly around roads,with obvious changes in production,life and ecological space.Based on the superposition of the three villages’ settlement evolution from 1975 to 2017,the whole evolution can be divided into three stages: rapid expansion,slow expansion and accelerated expansion.The expansion modes of the three villages are fan-shaped expansion,vertical expansion and horizontal expansion.(5)The results of regression analysis model show that: the number of flower and plant industry changes,the history of flower and plant planting,and the level of urbanization in Fuling County have the highest degree of significance for the spatial expansion of rural settlements;The scale of the flower and plant industry changes,the scope of cooperation between flower and plant sales and the outside world,the number of people engaged in the flower and plant industry changes,and the significant level of distance from the flower and plant industrial park is relatively high;the impact of the work situation and road construction on the travel is not significant.To sum up,the influencing factors are summarized into four aspects: flower and plant industry and historical culture,urbanization and related policies,humanities,social and economic development,and infrastructure.Plain area is the focus of future urbanization development.It is the main transitional area connecting the east and west,grasping the transformation and upgrading of industry,intensive use of land,and realizing the beautiful vision of urban and rural integration as soon as possible.
