The Impact Of Henan's Tourism Industry Upgrade On Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Population

Henan Province is a large tourism province with abundant tourism resources,superior geographical position and profound history and culture.After experiencing the development of renewal and iteration of scientific and technological level,more scientific marketing means and constantly improving tourism management mode,Henan tourism industry has made relatively perfect development in terms of market norms,legal construction and tourism education,but in the process of development.There are still some shortcomings,such as tourism traffic congestion,tourism facilities in short supply,excessive development of tourism resources and so on.Under the background of vigorously advocating the development of tourism industry in Henan Province,only by speeding up the pace of upgrading the tourism industry in Henan Province,can the problems that must be faced in the development be solved.The upgrading of tourism industry is not only the realistic requirement of Henan's economic development,but also the objective requirement of accelerating the development of tourism industry.Henan Province is a big agricultural province,and has the largest population in all provinces in China.It is also the only province with a rural population exceeding 50 million.At present,there are a large number of poor people in Henan Province.It is an imminent major practical problem for Henan Province to lift the rural population out of poverty.Whether the economic conditions of the rural population can be improved is the most important way for Henan Province to enhance the overall economic development.The first part of this article is the introduction.This part systematically introduces the relevant background and significance of this study,and elaborates the relevant literature at home and abroad.This paper mainly focuses on five parts to describe.In the research process,it mainly uses the combination of theoretical and empirical research,the combination of characteristic analysis and comparative analysis,and draws lessons from other provinces and regions.The experience and achievements of the research are discussed in depth in this paper.There are two innovations in this paper: first,the systematic study of the theory and reality of poverty alleviation in tourism industry;this paper attempts to study the upgrading of tourism industry in Henan Province from the perspective of poverty alleviation of rural population,and proposes to form a tourism industry upgrading as an opportunity to promote rural economic development,increase farmers' income,effectively promote poverty alleviation and prosperity,and constantly integrate rural areas.The tertiary industry,so that the rural industrial structure can be better adjusted,and constantly enhance the vitality of the rural economy.Secondly,we use the data at the municipal level to carry out the corresponding empirical research.This paper starts from provinces and compares with other provinces,and analyses the relevant data at the level of prefectures and cities in detail,highlights the advantages and problems existing in the development of Henan Province and other cities,and focuses on the impact of tourism industry upgrading on the poverty alleviation of rural population,which has a certain representativeness and strong pertinence of policy recommendations.The second part is the theoretical research on the upgrading of tourism industry and the impoverishment of rural population.This part introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third part is about the development of tourism industry and the poverty situation of rural population,which is elaborated from the provincial level.The fourth part is the empirical analysis.Through the calculation and comparison of the relevant data,statistics and analysis of the data from the city level,the number of rural population out of poverty is taken as the explanatory variable,the upgrading of Henan tourism industry as the explanatory variable,the economic level and factor input as the control variable,the econometric model is established to analyze it,and it is concluded that the upgrading of Henan tourism industry will detach the rural population.The lag effect of poverty.The fifth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations of this paper.Through the data analysis of the fourth part,the positive impact of tourism industry upgrading on the income of rural population is drawn,in order to draw the final conclusion of this paper,that is,the upgrading of tourism industry in Henan has a certain role in helping rural population out of poverty,and puts forward some policy recommendations.Finally,the shortcomings and prospects of this paper are discussed.
