Udying About Hunger Eradication And Poverty Reduction In Loc Binh District In Vietnam

Hunger and poverty is a globle social problem, it is not only in developing countries but also in developed ones. Therefore, reducing poverty even eradicating hunger and poverty is the main social policies of a nation. Vietnam Communist Party and Vietnam Government have taken special interest in poverty. Reducing poverty and eradicating hunger and poverty are considered an important part of the the main goals of the country development. In recent years, hunger eradication and poverty reduction in Loc Binh District have been regarded as the key task, and have achieved remarkable results during the process of implementation. During the period of building "new rural areas", studying about hunger eradication and poverty reduction in Loc Binh District will be a breakthrough which contributes to hasten the hunger eradication and poverty reduction in rural areas in Loc Binh District and benefits to the stable economic development as well, helps to stable economy, politic, culture and society which is suitable for the requirements of the objective situation in Vietnam at present.In the thesis, firstly, defining the connotation of the concept hunger eradication and poverty reduction" and the standard of hunger and poverty, analysing the reasoning basis of hunger and poverty in rural areas and analyzing the actual situations of the hunger eradication and poverty reduction in rural areas in Loc Binh District, the facings, challenges and the major problems, on the basis of these we propose some petitions which hastens the hunger eradication and poverty reduction in rural areas in Loc Binh District in the coming time.
