The issue of food security has always been a hot topic in the academic community. With the further strengthening of the rigid constraints of cultivated land, the degree of the effect of factor input on food production is increasingly restricted.Even some factors of production are currently in the stage of diminishing marginal effects. Therefore, this study will break out of the traditional factor research framework, aiming at the aspects of rational evaluation of food production efficiency and exploring effective ways to improve food production efficiency.Among them, this study will attempt to improve the efficiency of food production from a spatial perspective.Analyze,in order to provide useful reference for the cross-regional coordinated development of food production efficiency, the specific research results are as follows:1.Based on the data envelopment method, the grain production efficiency of 31 provinces in China was measured in 2006-2016,and the global trend was analyzed by geographic statistical tools to grasp the overall situation of China's grain production efficiency. The food production efficiency of 31 provinces is divided into six spatial types: good growth-based,good foundation-stable type, good foundation-negative growth type, basic difference-growth type, basic difference-stable type, basic difference-negative growth type.Further explore its evolution. The results show that:(1)China's grain production efficiency is low overall, and its average efficiency is only 0.782.It is still in the “high-input” extensive production, and the low pure technical efficiency is the main reason for the overall low level of grain production efficiency. In the process of food production,we should continue to pay attention to the improvement of efficiency level, especially in the third and fourth levels.(2)China's grain production efficiency is characterized by the spatial distribution pattern of high and low east and high, low in the north and low in the south. The specific trends include six types,of which the base good-negative growth and basicpoor-negative growth type areas should attract the attention of relevant departments.2.Spatial dependence analysis of China's grain production efficiency.Based on the analysis of grain production efficiency, this study will analyze the spatial correlation characteristics by ESDA test.At the same time, considering the spatial regression coefficient of explanatory variables has a certain influence on the feedback effect,it is easy to cause the bias of the research results. In this study, the spatial effects are further decomposed by the partial differential method. The results show that:(1)There is significant spatial correlation in China's grain production efficiency. It must be included in the research framework when conducting relevant research, which can be summarized into the following four spatial forms: HH,LH,LL and HL.Among them,HH type and LL type have the widest distribution range, which is the most important space type in China. However,in view of the obvious location advantage of LH type area,it is easy to be affected by space spillover effect, and its potential for efficiency improvement is large.(2)per capita GDP,area of removal, primary industry added value index, indirect effects of fixed assets investment in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fisheries on food production efficiency are similar to direct effects, while rural households have per capita cultivated land area of two The effect of spatial effects is reversed, but overall, the current improvement of food production efficiency is difficult to benefit from it;by comparison,it can be found that the indirect effects of various impact factors generally approach or even exceed their direct effects, indicating the space for food production efficiency. The spillover effect is obvious, and the optimization of grain production efficiency in the adjacent region will also bring about the efficiency of grain production in the region.Health promotion, can be considered for promotion as a future food production efficiency beneficial breakthrough.3.By introducing the universal gravitational formula in physics into the model and correcting it,and using the visualization tool to generate the network map,the spatial spillover effect of grain production efficiency is identified. On this basis, the space surfacing is discussed through the secondary assignment procedure. The dynamic factors and their scope of action. The results show that:(1)The spatialspillover of grain production efficiency in China has broken through the geographical neighboring effect, which is characterized by the multi-threaded spatial network structure, but the degree of closeness between the regions is generally not high, and the cross-section of grain production Regional coordinated development also requires a longer process;(2)China's grain production efficiency is mainly divided into four major functional sectors,of which the first, second and fourth plates are the main benefit sectors, and the third sector belongs to the main spill plate. An unbalanced spatial spillover transmission mechanism has seriously impeded the improvement of most provincial food production efficiency and needs to be paid attention to by relevant departments.(3)The degree of economic development and openness are still important factors in promoting the spatial spillover of food production efficiency. However, the degree of role based on the quality of the population is more obvious. In the future, the promotion of population quality can be considered as the key to promoting the spatial spillover of food production efficiency. The increase of marketization will hinder the spatial spillover of food production efficiency, but its degree of action Not obvious.(4)The scope of the spatial spillover effect of China's grain production efficiency is mainly concentrated in the range of [0-750).Exceeding this range, the spillover effect will no longer be significant.Under the huge constraints of the objective geographical space distance, further Improve the transportation infrastructure, improve the network communication coverage and other means to shorten the information circulation distance, thus creating more space overflow "pipeline."...
