As we all know,it is inevitable for members of construction project team to have conflicts.These conflicts have largely delayed the construction progress,reduced the quality of the project and increased the cost and expenditure.At the same time,because the construction project has the characteristics of long cycle,complex technology and many specialties,the conflict of construction project management team is more direct and frequent than other types of enterprise team conflict.The main research object of this paper is the construction team of Guizhou Construction Group,which deeply analyses the conflict of the project management team.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of this study,and elaborates the research of relevant scholars at home and abroad,and draws up the research structure and methods of this paper.Secondly,it focuses on the related concepts and theories of the project team conflict of interest,and takes them as the guidance of the team conflict analysis work of Guizhou Construction Group.The conflict analysis process of project management team of Guizhou Construction Industry Group is based on the analysis logic of current situation,problems and causes,in which the questionnaire method is mainly used to analyze the related problems and carry out the cause analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding measures to solve the conflict of interest of project management team of Guizhou Construction Industry Group.Research conclusion: Project team conflict is inevitable.Conflict is the inherent feature of the project.Conflict can not be solved by project manager,but requires the cooperation of all members.Targeted management measures from three aspects of team communication management,conflict management and incentive management can effectively promote and enhance the management efficiency of group construction project team,and provide effective management methods for the smooth development of the project and project management.
