With the develop of modern economic system and the development of knowledge economy,knowledge has become an important force to promote the development of enterprise,enterprise is facing the challenge of knowledge economy era,knowledge are replacing capital become the core of enterprise knowledge resources as the creator and owner of the knowledge staff is increasingly replacing capital become the main factors of production enterprise.In this paper F knowledge staff incentive schemes as the research object,firstly analyzed in this paper selected topic background review knowledge staff motivation and demand and so on the related theories and research both at home and abroad,and then through questionnaire survey and analysis about the present situation of F company incentive,comb summary F the current problems existing in the incentive scheme,in view of the existing problems,and combined with relevant incentive theory,start from the goal and the principle of improving scheme design,in such aspects as material incentive spiritual emotion motivation mechanism proposed targeted F company knowledge staff improvement scheme and its security measures.The first chapter is the introduction,which analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and briefly describes relevant theories and research reviews.First of all,this paper introduces the concept of knowledge-based employees and its understanding and research,lists the theoretical achievements of several famous management scientists and scientific research institutions on the study of "knowledge-based employees",summarizes the six basic qualities of knowledge-based employees,and summarizes the characteristics of knowledge-based employees.Secondly,this paper studies the demand characteristics of knowledge workers,and points out that knowledge workers pay attention to self-value realization,require challenging work,pay attention to knowledge and technology update,hope to get organizational trust and support,and pursue pleasant working environment.Finally,this paper expounds the relevant incentive theory of knowledge workers.This paper expounds the motivation theory and foreign within the meaning of the status quo,and to the main incentive theory at home and abroad,especially for the main incentive theory abroad,such as maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the survival of alder Buddha-relationship-growth theory,herzberg's motivation-care theory,McClelland's achievement motivation theory,equity theory of Adams,introduces the combed the domestic some scholars and management after the main research of incentive method to knowledge employee.Finally,the research methods and deficiencies as well as the research ideas and framework are proposed.Chapter 2 F status of knowledge staff incentive schemes are analyzed firstly introduces the basic situation of F company organization structure form of the knowledge-type employees,secondly to F the current incentive method to knowledge employee,from material incentive inspire and encourage emotional aspects are analyzed in the analysis of the status quo of knowledge workers adopted questionnaire survey method of questionnaire research achievements of relevant scholars at home and abroad for reference,and according to the actual situation of F design questionnaire will be divided into three parts the first part is the survey the basic background of the knowledge-type employees,mainly: age,education,jobs,length of service,etc.As the core content of the questionnaire,the second part mainly from the salary,career advancement training content and company culture third part design the 34 incentive factors require knowledge staff outside the problem of the questionnaire to provide opinion suggestion questionnaire from the demand characteristics of different age stages of the knowledge-type employees the difference of the sample samples of different degree in different samples of knowledgeable employees in jobs demand dimensions such as comprehensive analysis the demand of the knowledge-type employees satisfaction.Chapter 3 F knowledge staff incentive problems through the questionnaire data mental and emotional problems,and puts forward the material to improve the incentive measures of mental and emotional design in the design of material incentive to improve the knowledge staff F company can be divided into technical and sales three categories,take different measures to improve the design;In the improvement design of spiritual incentive measures,it puts forward to establish
