With the constant progress of science and technology,artificial intelligence,Internet of things,the emergence of big data,and so on,the our country economy has resulted in dramatic changes,the level of technological innovation of an enterprise determines the enterprise's development,and innovation ability of the knowledge-type employees decided the enterprise technology level of advanced,innovative,also affects the enterprise the management mode,enterprise culture,profitability,revenue,so enterprises to introduce,have those who master the new knowledge,new technology,the innovation ability of knowledge staff is critical,say,the knowledge staff has gradually become the core of enterprise development the key.How to effectively improve the work efficiency and quality of knowledge employees,better stimulate the innovation ability of knowledge employees,become an important factor for enterprises to win in the market competition.M technology company is a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise,which is committed to independent research and development,production and sales of medical devices.Most of its employees are highly educated,engaged in innovative and creative mental work,and belong to typical knowledge workers.Therefore,the incentive of knowledge employees is particularly important for M company.However,in recent years,due to the lack of effective incentive measures,it has been difficult to introduce outstanding talents and serious brain drain of outstanding talents,resulting in the slow improvement rate of the company's r&d level and the decline of product sales.Therefore,managers adopt effective incentive measures and means to stimulate knowledge-based talents to improve their work enthusiasm and innovation ability,which is also the subject and problem that human resource managers need to study and solve urgently.This article first introduces the knowledge economy era,the research background and significance of incentive method to knowledge employee,then summarized and analyzed the characteristics of knowledge workers,and in combination with M an overview of science and technology company,the knowledge workers constitute the situation,to the knowledge staff's job satisfaction and motivation factors important degree,the questionnaire survey found M technology company on the knowledge-based staff incentive problems,and studies deeply the cause of the problem,then according to motivational factors important degree,with content motivation theory,process motivation theory as theoretical basis,From the aspects of salary and welfare,learning and growth,career development and so on,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions on the amount of incentive,and puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to ensure that the incentive measures can achieve the desired incentive effect.
