Research On Intelligent Tourism Construction In Zhangjiajie City

The continuous development of intelligent technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of tourism industry.Promoting the in-depth integration and innovative development of Internet and tourism has become the first choice for more and more tourist destinations.The concept of "intelligent tourism" has gradually evolved from the development of tourism.Intelligent tourism will realize real-time interaction between tourists and the internet,actively perceive relevant information such as tourism resources,tourism economy,tourism activities,and arrange and adjust tourism plans in time so as to achieve the effect of intelligent perception and convenient utilization of various tourism information.It is an important push for the transformation from traditional tourism consumption mode to modern tourism consumption mode.By using PEST analysis method and analyzing the macro-environment of wisdom tourism from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,there is considerable room for development of wisdom tourism.The market demand of wisdom tourism need not be questioned.As long as we can find a good starting point for the construction of wisdom tourism,formulate top-level strategic planning in line with the overall development of the city,and integrate information resources efficiently,we will certainly be able to push forward the development of wisdom tourism.The comprehensive ability of the animal tourism industry provides strong support for urban construction.In 2016,Zhangjiajie City promulgated the Work Program of Intelligent Tourism Construction,and began to strengthen the work of Intelligent Tourism Construction.It has initially built a public service system of Intelligent Tourism in the aspects of experience,management,service and impact of Intelligent Tourism.It has made some achievements,but there are also ambiguous orientation of the Government of Intelligent Tourism and enterprises of Intelligent Tourism.The problems include insufficient investment,unclear public awareness of intelligent tourism,and insufficient marketing and promotion of intelligent tourism.To strengthen the construction of wisdom tourism in Zhangjiajie City,we must accomplish the following tasks: first,overall layout,unified standards,ensuring sharing;second,integrating resources,intensive development,highlighting key points;third,innovating mechanism,market operation and enhancing vitality.To formulate the implementation strategy of wisdom tourism in Zhangjiajie,the government should take the lead and cooperate with other parties to formulate the standards of wisdom tourism,enhance cultural taste,realize the integration of industry,education and research,build a good guarantee system for wisdom tourism,promote the construction of infrastructure,strengthen the construction of a guarantee system for outstanding talents,and carry out a high degree of integration of information platforms.With the advancement of global tourism and the continuous progress and development of information technology,the adjustment and physical upgrade of tourism industry is the inevitable trend of tourism industry development.As a famous tourist city in China,Zhangjiajie can only seize the opportunity of intelligent technology development to build a modern,intelligent and internationally competitive intelligent tourist city and international tourist city.
