The Research Of Inventory Management Base On Supply Chain Management In The Apparel Enterprises

With the globalization of the market economy, in most cases, it has not won the competition in the market which based on a single enterprise management model, in this case, the supply chain management models have emerged. The well-known British experts on the supply chain management Martin Christopher said,"The competition in the 21st century is not among enterprises and enterprises, but between the supply chain and supply chain."China is a big country of clothes, and has a large number of apparel enterprises. In the 21st century, the new economic environment and industry environment will make these apparel enterprises develop rapidly. However, at the same time we should see that the new situation requires new management methods. Because the characteristics of apparel products, as well as intense competition in the apparel industry, implementation and application of supply chain management strategy is undoubtedly one of the largest magic weapon.The problem of inventory is a major problem which has always been troubled apparel enterprises. Therefore, in the intense market competition and the serious inventory management problem of apparel enterprises, how apparel enterprises should combine supply chain management ideology, and establish a strategy for inventory management which adapt to the current situation and characteristics of today's apparel products, and scientifically conduct inventory control, which is the problem that today apparel enterprises urgently need to solve, and also the purpose of this research. This paper analyzes the current environment of inventory management base on supply chain management in the domestic apparel enterprises; finds some problems, and also makes a number of solving strategies solve these problems at the same time.
