Research On Regional Collaborative Innovation Ability Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development rose to a major national strategy in 2014,providing a rare space and opportunity for the development of the Beijing-TianjinHebei region.The establishment of Xiong’an New District on April 1,2017 marked the beginning of a new phase of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The BeijingTianjin-Hebei region carries the historical mission of building an internationally advanced and innovative urban agglomeration.However,at this stage,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei encounters bottlenecks and faces many regional challenges.In this context,collaborative innovation is the key and engine for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to break through the bottleneck of development,break through inter-city barriers,and promote regional coordinated development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve the collaborative innovation capability of BeijingTianjin-Hebei region and finally realize the coordinated development of Beijing-TianjinHebei.Regional collaborative innovation refers to the creation of new optimal combinations of innovative resource elements in various regions and fields through synergy within a certain region,and deepening the degree of interaction,collaboration and dependence among various fields and systems.To jointly create new values and accelerate the transition of the regional collaborative innovation system from the low-level to the advanced stage,thereby promoting the orderly development of innovation systems in various regions and ultimately achieving regional coordinated development.From the perspective of collaborative innovation capability,the collaborative innovation capability index system is used to measure the collaborative innovation capability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2005 to 2015 by using the entropy method and the composite system synergy model.The results show that the synergy degree of regional innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region shows an overall growth trend,especially after 2014,the growth rate has improved significantly,which indicates that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional synergy innovation capability has made great progress.However,the value of the synergy degree of regional innovation in Beijing-TianjinHebei is still small,indicating that there is room for improvement and potential for synergy in this region.
