Study On The Evaluation Of County Economic Competitiveness Of Handan City

County plays a connecting role between the rural area and the city.As an important cornerstone of the city,its development level and quality are directly related to the development of urban economy.The rural area is an important part of the county.The development of the rural economy promotes the promotion of the county economy.The development of the county economy will promote the improvement of the level of the rural economy.The development of the rural economy can not be separated from the county as the "leader".The development of county economy will promote the economic development of towns and rural areas,accelerate the flow of resources and industrial activities in the region.The importance of county economic development is self-evident.Handan City is the border of Hebei Province,Henan Province,Shandong Province and Shanxi Province.It has an important strategic position.The economic layout of Hebei Province to Handan City is to build Handan City as the economic center of the border of four provinces.In recent years,the level of county economic development in Handan has been significantly improved,but there is still a gap between the quality and scale of county development and the developed counties.In the new era and new situation,there are higher requirements for the county economic development of Handan City.How to combine the strategic requirements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development,give full play to the geographical advantages of the borders of the four provinces,evaluate the county economic competitiveness of Handan City and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are of great significance to promote the economic level of Handan City.On the basis of systematically sorting out and summarizing the literature on county economy and county economy competitiveness at home and abroad,selecting evaluation index,constructing evaluation index system of county economy competitiveness,using factor analysis method to evaluate county economy competitiveness of Handan City,providing empirical basis for analyzing the problems existing in county economy of Handan City,the conclusions are as follows: First,Handan City The competitiveness of county economydepends largely on the strength of county economy.The development of tertiary industry has a poor influence on the competitiveness of county economy in Handan.The competitiveness of county economy in Wu'an City is relatively strong,and the gap between other counties and Wu'an City is relatively large.Second,from the perspective of economic strength indicators,the overall level of county economy in Handan City is relatively backward,with unbalanced development among counties.Third,from the perspective of agricultural development indicators,the level of agricultural development in the counties of Handan City needs to be improved,especially in the implementation of the current rural strategy,which calls for the promotion of agricultural development to a higher level.Finally,from the perspective of industrial structure indicators,the development of tertiary industry in the counties of Handan City is relatively weak,and the proportion of financial industry in the tertiary industry is relatively small.
