Under the new technology condition of the second information revolution and the digital economy transformation,big data,cloud computing,Internet of things,block chain,robot and drones are gradually applied in the logistics industry scale.With the escalation of consumption and the new retail revolution,a large number of data are generated between people,people and things,things and things.At the same time,fragmentation,tidal logistics phenomenon put forward higher requirements for vehicle resource allocation,distribution route planning,logistics cost reduction and efficiency.Because of the distributed nature of Internet,the platform operation mode of Internet big data has become the development trend of logistics industry.Since 2016,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Communications and the State Council have vigorously promoted the development of "Internet" efficient logistics and improved the public information platform and command system for intelligent logistics.We will promote the construction of cloud manufacturing platforms and service platforms by large-scale Internet enterprises,and introduce a number of policies and opinions aimed at strengthening the construction and deployment of infrastructure networks,such as logistics,and relying on the regularization and stabilization of the development of hub networks.Branded "one-stop" multimodal transport service products.In order to promote the deep integration of Internet,Internet of things and logistics industry and speed up the construction of a highly comprehensive logistics information service platform with brand effect,this thesis focuses on the construction of logistics global cloud platform and risk early warning mechanism.In order to provide theoretical reference for the development of logistics information platform in the new era,the main contents of this thesis are arranged as follows:Firstly,the concepts related to logistics global cloud platform and the theoretical basis of building logistics global cloud platform are systematically described.On the one hand,this thesis combs the present situation of logistics technology,which is the technical foundation of logistics global cloud platform development,and comprehensively analyzes the wireless radio frequency technology,intelligent warehouse technology,and so on.The application and development prospect of self-driving technology and intelligent express cabinet in logistics industry,and the basic framework of logistics global cloud platform is extracted.The architecture mainly includes infrastructure layer,module function layer,and so on.Core elements such as technical support layer and application service layer;On the other hand,through the analysis of big data,cloud computing and the Internet of things and other emerging information technology integration to promote the new ideas of logistics management and logistics practices and new initiatives to promote the important role of coordinated development,The basic theory of logistics cloud platform is summarized,and the related concepts are defined.On this basis,based on the core ideas of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this thesis systematically analyzes the decision-making tools in the process of constructing logistics global cloud platform.It provides the key support for the risk identification,assessment and risk early warning mechanism construction of the logistics global cloud platform.Secondly,combined with the external environment challenges and internal operation bottlenecks faced by logistics information platform under the new situation,the necessity of building logistics global cloud platform is systematically analyzed,and the general idea and basic structure of building logistics global cloud platform are put forward.On this basis,the system framework of the logistics global cloud platform is established,and the logistics global cloud platform is analyzed systematically from three aspects: operation system,function mode and guarantee mechanism.On this basis,the principles and design ideas of risk early warning are analyzed,and the risk early warning framework of logistics global cloud platform is constructed from the basic functions and operational mechanism of risk early warning.Thirdly,the risk early warning and evaluation of logistics global cloud platform is systematically studied.On the basis of systematically identifying the risk factors of logistics global cloud platform,the risk early warning index system of logistics global cloud platform is constructed,and the weight assignment method of risk early warning index of logistics global cloud platform is put forward to evaluate the risk early warning of logistics global cloud platform.Finally,in order to significantly enhance the support capacity and operational efficiency of logistics global cloud platform,tamp the leading position of physical flow global cloud platform in the process of new economic development,further improve the risk early warning of logistics global cloud platform,and systematically put forward the development countermeasures and suggestions of logistics global cloud platform risk early warning.
