Research On The Rural-household Differentiation And Moderate Scale Agricultural Development In Beijing-Tianjin

In recent years,with the deep development of rural-household differentiation,the phenomenon of small-scale farmers and industry is very common in the area of Beijing and Tianjin,and the scale and efficiency of agricultural management is becoming more and more serious.The low agricultural comparative benefit leads to the decline of farmers' willingness to engage in agricultural production,Agricultural brain drains,the scale and efficiency of agricultural management has become increasingly prominent and the phenomenon of agricultural sideline production is prominent.In the future,it will be a great and urgent task for the development of agriculture in Beijing,Tianjin,which is cultivated land by who,what kind,how kind and how to improve the efficiency and benefit of agriculture.In 2014 the State Council promulgated the "opinions on how to guide the orderly transfer of rural land management rights and develop appropriate scale management of Agriculture" and the appropriate scale of agriculture is put on the agenda of agricultural development strategy which provides the direction and ideas in order to solve the problem of the development of agriculture in Beijing and Tianjin under the background of rural-household differentiation,itFirst of all,this paper starts from the basic theory of rural-household differentiation and the appropriate scale of agriculture,and explains the necessity and rationality of the development of appropriate scale of agriculture and rural-household differentiation based on the theory of economies of scale,division of labor and farmer behavior theory,then analyzing the realistic background of the development of agriculture moderate scale in Beijing and Tianjin from three aspects:the conditions of agricultural production,rural-household differentiation and results,and the spatial and temporal evolution of Agriculture,using data envelopment analysis to measure the efficiency of agricultural production in Beijing and Tianjin,and points out the reasons for the development of the appropriate scale of agriculture in Beijing and Tianjin.Secondly,this paper designs the index system of the level of Tianjin agricultural scale development,using the factor analysis method to evaluate the appropriate scale of agricultural development level in Beijing Tianjin region to find out the influencing factors,and from the three aspects of land circulation,social service system and new agricultural business entities provides path choice for agricultural scale development of Beijing and Tianjin area.Thirdly,this paper discusses the relationship between the rural-household differentiation and the development of appropriate scale of agriculture for the first time.On the basis of discussing the conflict and consistency of the two,the author makes an empirical analysis of the causal relationship between them by using econometric methods to provide a prerequisite for the development of appropriate scale of agricultxure from the perspective of rural-household differentiation.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the factors that influence the development of the appropriate scale of agriculture in the region of Beijing and tianjin,on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures for the development of the appropriate scale of agriculture in Beijing and Tianjin from three aspects:the design of land transfer mechanism,the construction of agricultural social service system and the cultivation and development of new agricultural business entities.The main features of this paper are as follows:firstly,evaluating the appropriate scale of agricultural development level of Beijing and Tianjin.The evaluation index system of agricultural moderate scale development in Beijing Tianjin region is designed according to the characteristics of Beijing urban agriculture,which is different from the quantitative research on the moderate scale development of agriculture in china,the results show that the 2000-2015 years of agricultural scale development in Beijing Tianjin region showed a rising trend.Secondly,using econometric methods,the first empirical analysis of the relationship between rural-household differentiation and moderate scale development of farmers.From the perspective of the relationship between the opposition and unity of the two,to study the causality by using econometric methods,the results show that the household's occupation differentiation has a direct effect on the development of agricultural scale,moderate scale agriculture development has a direct impact on Farmers' income differentiation,which provide a prerequisite for the development of appropriate scale of agriculture from perspective of rural-household differentiation.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the rural-household differentiation in the region of Beijing,Tianjin,two variable regression model and game analysis method are used to analyze the impact of rural-household differentiation on the development path of the appropriate scale of agriculture,the results show that the characteristics of farmers,the location of the economic characteristics of different types of farmers have a significant impact on the willingness of land transfer,social service needs,on this basis,puts forward some strategies to promote the development of appropriate scale of agriculture from three aspects:the land transfer mechanism design and construction of social service system,new agricultural business entities to cultivate and develop,which in order to improve the agricultural production efficiency and benefit.
