Study On Project Management Application Of A Company's Vender New Production Introduction

In recent years with the increasing fierce competition in electronics manufacturing industry,enterprises must introduce new products to meet the needs of consumers in a short time to maintain the advantage of enterprises.This put forward higher requirements to supply chain management for the electronic manufacturing industry,the whole supply chain must be fast response and supply high quality products.The supplier new product introduction is not simply let the supplier follow the drawings in the whole process and supply product to customer,we need use the method and thinking of project management for the control and management of the whole process and effective management in all aspects of the project schedule to ensure the delivery of qualified product in time.This thesis based on current situation statement and analysis,deep study on supplier's team management,schedule management and risk management.And provide optimize solution to improve their current situation and make NPI process successfully.This paper first describes the background of the thesis,the research purpose and meaning.Literature review on project management basic knowledge,new product introduction project management,further analysis and study the current situation and further development of project in domestic and aboard.In the third part of the paper take one of A company's vendor NPI as example,illustrate w the background of the project,the implementation plan and analysis problems appeared in the whole process of new product introduction.In the forth parts of thesis,study focus on the optimize solution of for vendor's project management during team management,especially on schedule management and risk management.In the last part of thesis,give the summary of the paper and also some suggestion for further study and application in the industry.
