Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the development of the economy and the improvement of the level of science and technology,the automobile industry has achieved rapid development.At the same time,the problem of overcapacity in the industry has gradually become prominent,which not only cause huge waste of social resources,but also seriously hinder the upgrading of industrial structure.In recent years,with the development of the mobile Internet,the shared car has achieved rapid development due to its advantages of resource sharing and individualized needs,and has played a positive role in easing automobile overcapacity and improving travel conditions.Therefore,scientifically evaluating the pre-basic environment and market conditions of automobile sharing in various cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has important practical significance for the sustainable and stable development of the shared automobile industry and the future planning and construction of the city.Based on the theory of statistics and shared economy,this thesis uses statistical methods to study the car sharing environment of 96 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.First of all,based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad,the related theories of shared economy and urban automobile sharing environment are expounded.Secondly,the status quo of urban automobile sharing environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is analyzed,so as to construct the theoretical evaluation index of urban automobile sharing environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The system uses the entropy weight method and the cluster analysis method to measure the urban automobile sharing environment.Once again,according to the data availability and operability principles of indicators,representative key indicators were selected and urban car sharing environment was classified by using three different research scales,which are the three major regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt(East,Central and Western regions),provincial(seven provinces and two cities)and 96 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Then,the spatial and temporal differences and spatial-temporal evolution of the automobile sharing environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt were analyzed withcoefficient of variation and tin The coefficient index,ESDA(exploratory spatial data analysis method)and SDE(standard deviation ellipse analysis)method.Finally,based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,different countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the differences in the automobile sharing environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The research results show that in the spatial dimension,the level of automobile sharing environment in different cities has certain imbalance,which is roughly divided into three types of cities.Among them,high-quality cities are more suitable for developing car-sharing business models,while the environmental conditions of low-quality cities are relatively poor,and it is not suitable for the development of the automobile sharing business model at present.In the time dimension,there are also some differences in the car sharing environment in different cities in the same city.Based on this,in order to solve the differences in the automobile sharing environment of each city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,countermeasures are proposed:(1)According to the difference of the level of automobile sharing environment among cities,the strategy of “one city and one policy” should be implemented;(2)Due to the strong impact of the sharing economy,there are differences in the car sharing environment in different time periods in the same city.Traditional enterprises should change the existing model to respond to the adverse effects brought by market changes,and adjust strategies timely;(3)Urban hardware and software facilities should be improved and laws and regulations should be compatible with the sharing economy to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the automobile sharing industry;(4)actively guiding enterprise technological innovation,improving user experience,and establishing a good brand image;(5)government and enterprises should closely cooperate to guide the public to change consumption patterns and improve Consumers share awareness of car ownership and promote green,shared consumption concepts and methods.
