Research On Financial Support For Sustainable Development Of China's Poverty-stricken Counties

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee set out from the goal of achieving a comprehensive well-off society,and clarified the overall goal of “getting out of poverty in the 2020 China's current standards and getting rid of poverty in poverty-stricken counties and solving regional overall poverty”.It is important to get rid of poverty and tackle the task.However,we must not neglect the phenomenon of returning to poverty caused by diseases or natural disasters.We must ensure that poverty-stricken areas are lifted out of poverty and sustainable development after poverty alleviation,so as to achieve "real poverty alleviation and poverty."This paper first makes a summary statement on the development status of poverty alleviation areas,and then puts forward the methods of industrial poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation according to the characteristics of local financial support,and summarizes several characteristics of financial needs of poverty alleviation areas,which are divided into farmers.Financial needs and the financial needs of developing industries.Secondly,this paper also draws on some experiences of foreign rural finance.According to their system,the effect of poverty alleviation combined with China's national conditions and the natural environment of the poverty-stricken areas,we need to control the risks in China,the protection of farmers' survival and the way of borrowing.Diversified revelation.After analyzing the poverty alleviation development experience of this poverty-stricken area in southwestern Guizhou,this paper analyzes the ways in which finance participates and the effects it produces,and according to these methods,it pushes other poverty-stricken areas in China.Finally,the problems encountered in the process of sustainable development of poverty alleviation areas are put forward.Combined with the characteristics of financial needs mentioned in the previous poverty alleviation areas,the enlightenment of foreign rural finance,and the problems faced in the process of sustainable development of poverty alleviation areas,the sustainable development of poverty alleviation areas is proposed.Development recommendations and countermeasures.
