In order to reduce the operating cost of the enterprise,an extremely important aspect is to reduce the inventory cost.The paper analyzes the operation process,order processing flow,procurement process,production process and the inbound and outbound process model of H company,which is mainly based on production and processing,there are some major problems in enterprise warehouse management,such as low information level,large inventory,low turnover rate,inaccurate inventory control,and inadequate implementation of existing system.The paper combines supply chain management with software engineering and theory,optimizes business processes by means of vendor managed inventory and describes related documents and business data.The information system is constructed to meet the storage needs of enterprises,and the overall goal of the storage information platform and the scheme and framework of each subsystem module function are preliminarily designed by using the method of software engineering,thereby effectively reducing the storage cost,improving the overall logistics efficiency and achieving the purpose of lean warehousing.At the same time,it provides some theoretical reference for the research on the storage management and information construction of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
