In recent years,people's life show a trend of growth and improvement,the proportion of funds for tourism,entertainment and leisure is also increasing year by year,and the consumption demand is also increasing.Therefore,the richness,diversification and interest of tourist attractions have become the standard of choice for consumers,and the development and improvement of tourist attractions have also become the hot spots of enterprise investment.However,there are many problems in the development and operation of tourism development enterprises or national scenic spots,especially in private tourist spots.There are also many related researches on service efficiency in service-oriented enterprises,but there are relatively few researches on service efficiency in scenic spot operation and management.In shenyang SYC water world,for example,this study analyses the problems existing in the operation process,mainly in shenyang,SYC aquatic world low service efficiency in the process of operating problems to be solved,holidays,weekends and scenic area preferential activities held in the process,for tourists flock to the scenic spot has failed to provide timely service,the service efficiency of the scenic spot for tourists are not satisfied,and give visitors a good experience,for enterprises to expand visibility to create their own brand is also important,so effective service in shenyang SYC aquatic world operations management plays an important role in the process.Through empirical analysis,the service efficiency is affected by the queuing management,service management and tourist management,etc.,and the service efficiency is linked to the satisfaction of tourists.Compared with traditional scenic spots,smart scenic spots have obvious advantages in tourist management and queuing management.The main content of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of the service efficiency of shenyang SYC water world operation and management.Firstly,the service efficiency is improved from the perspective of queue management.The M/M/n queue model is applied in the scenic area to improve the utilization rate of water amusement facilities.Then from the service management staff training and organizational structure to optimize and upgrade,improve service efficiency;Then from the scenic area one-card system,electronic ticket system,gate channel system and other systems to the scenic area to do a predictive diversion,effective use of the one-card system for scenic area and tourist management to improve service efficiency;Secondly,tourists' participation makes them identify with the scenic spot,so as to effectively cooperate with scenic spot management to improve service efficiency.And other measures to improve service efficiency are applied in the scenic area,so as to solve the problem of low service efficiency of shenyang SYC water world.
